Just finished cleaning shit off the wall and toilet at the gym, ridiculous of how vile people are. Yet again I wonder if they enjoy putting their own shit in their hands and smearing it across the wall or do they projectile shoot it on the wall....soon after that I had to drain the urinal. Unscrew the bottom of the urinal because it was blocked full of piss. So after unscrewing it and emptying that, I then had to put my fingers inside it and scoop out all the crystalised piss. Fan-fucking-tastic! I don't get paid extra for this. 

 

This is a daily thing for me as a Fitness Trainer at a gym (that I will not name) here in New Zealand. Constantly picking up peoples filth, cleaning, cleaning and endless cleaning as there are no hired cleaners. The staff clean, as well as train people and prescribe exercise. 

 

I train as much as I can and as much as I feel like it. After spending a long shift at this place, why would I want to stay even longer to train especially after cleaning peoples shit.

 

Currently doing some Strength Training:

 

 

1 RM Back Squat - 140 KG

1 RM Leg Press - 360 KG

1 RM Bench - 110 KG

1 RM Deadlift - 130 KG

 

Session 1

 

5 X 5 @ 80% of 1 RM Back Squat

5 X 5 @ 80% of 1 RM Leg Press

5 X 6 @ 70%  Leg Extension - Heavy as f*ck

STFU and deal with it.Who the f*ck told you to clean them in the 1st place? is it in your employment contract? Obviously yes? Those are some really good lifts. But, I am really concerned about that toilet shenanigans that goes on at your gym. You need to booby trap those mofos, somehow. I feel sorry for you. If I ever catch any one doing that, I will rark the living daylights out of them.

The cost of the facility is pretty expensive I feel and plus additional's for extra things like Personal Training and Classes. I wear gloves when having to do this kind of stuff, and then have to disinfect my hands and arms. Then throw my uniform in disinfectant. 

 

Training Progress:

 

Feeling really sore. 

 

Quads are pretty torn, hard to sit down. Just gotta keep stretching and moving, get some blood through the muscles. Going for a Massage on the weekend, 1 hour whole body. Should be good. 

 

Trained Back

 

5 X 6 @ 80% Deadlift

5 X 6 @ Heavy as f*ck - Hamstring Curl

5 X 6 @ 100% Calf Raises for kicks.

Massage was pretty sore, and the days after my Hamstrings have been murder. Unfortunately I'm well mannered and no how to urinate into a toilet without spraying it all over the walls. 

 

But just so you know I did have to clean up vomit after some kid trained too hard and ran up stairs and vomitted in the corner, then decided not to tell anyone and let it smell out the bathroom. Awesome!

Had a friend like that that wanted to be a fitness model and pt and bodybuilder with sponsors and looked up to nattys like simeon panda etc (just like I know you thought you would be) so left after yr 12 now is a fking durrie smoking phaggot working at paken save pushing trollies and studying sport and rec at polytech with pollies andis a retard that we laugh at. At least you actually got to be a personal trainer br0.

 

And how did that turn out for you br0, tell us? Are you an IFBB pr0 yet br0? are you helping clients get big gains like you have naturally and get shredded as phuck or do you hand out cardio programs to fat old men and dragon ball z hardcore routines to 15 yr old koreans br0?

Lets look at this in a wide perspective. Before deciding to study and train to be a Personal Trainer the hype is real! You hear about this job and it sounds great! Helping people, being in a gym all day, teaching people, making money etc

 

Then they forget to tell you about all the paperwork and maintenance. All the time you miss out on, and even the sickness of being at the gym so much that its the last place you want to be. So bad that you don't want to even work there.

 

I fully agree! you know. Like i'm a trainer that pays rent for any Personal Training I do but also work for the place. I agree its 100% shit, and to be told to go clean shit off the toilet is just crazy!

 

But then I remember that I have helped people lose a lot of weight (lol by getting them to shit on the toilet, not in it) and also helped a lot of wannabe bro's gain some weight. Its the satisfaction of people achieving their own personal goals and being like that brah helped me get here! Tu Meke to that brah. 

 

Never wanted to be a Body Builder lol never dreamed of being one either. I just love sport and fitness! just turns out that I am the cleaner as well but as a employee and a person that uses the gym f*ck. If I don't clean it none of the other staff will, and frankly if I didn't work there id be long gone! Trying to make it the most hygienic place I can for the members that matter.

20 Minutes of specific stretching. Back gets a bit cramped after a session.

Everyone's job has some form of shit to shovel, just sounds like your shit is a more literal than mine.

 

You describe the exact reason I never took up coaching or instructing in any hobby/sport of mine. For me it would totally kill the fun and destroy my passion.

Missed out on my workout today because of other stuff going on. 

 

Gunna destroy shoulders tomorrow though. Just clocked over 20 hours cleaning this week, and about 5 - 6 working with actual people. Gym still dirty as f*ck!
