Starting with my weak point,. Chest

TBH, I don't think that second most muscular shot you've got above is doing your chest any favours. You're rounding your shoulders there which makes your chest look smaller.

 

Could be just the moment the photo was taken of course, but have you tried the hands on hips most muscular? Might suit your shape better. Or just do this pose, but keep your chest up.

tried it bro and too many gaps.

Have decided to keep my journal going.. 108 today so 10kg gained since th show.. Pretty sloppy but I'm not "fat". Pretty much ate shit all week long lol but back into clean food today.. Heaps of it so should gain weight pretty quick.
