Update: no training today just cardio thismorning before breakfast. Feel like Im getting sick so rushed to the chemist and broug some powder vit c.. Taking 6x heaped tea spoons a day and 3x heaped tbl spoons glutamine a day to try kick it. Feel like it's got better throughout th day so hopefully that's a good sign. Last thing I need this close lol hoping I'm sweet by carb up as I won't be having any liquid etc bar water from Thursday. 6 days!! Not sure what I weigh I'll weigh myself on Tuesday night before Wednesdays crazy carb load

Just did chest feel like shit. Did enough.

20min cardio.. Obviously very weak today and not at 100% so just being sensible and not over doing it.. Keeping things simple and just doing what needs to be done over the course of the next 5 days. Did a couple rounds of posing between weights and cardio today too.

Last back workout. Average but again did enough. Weighed in at 96.2k with shoes post workout, so weight is ok considering my body fat. Not sure which class I'm doing now, the nzifbb told me that jrs was 23 and they have told another competitor it's 21 lol (official secretary on Facebook), sooo yeah guess we will find out on Friday.

Lots of drop sets today but keeping reps between 8-15 as per usual. No high reps I'll save those for when I prep for my next triathlon lol

It was 21 in my day. Nabba was 23... Dunno why would have changed. People seem to like the hashtag #junior though lol.

yeah they apparently changed it this year or last year because in the states it has been change to 23 in the ifbb. Used to be 21 yup. And yeah feeling a lot better than yesterday I pumped the vit c and glutamine in and it definately helped. Not 100% but a lot better.

Shut up Harry lol. Wasn't too weak today surprisingly

In truth having known Jearl the last couple of years and seen him progress from ... well let's say a little on the slim side.. to the Auckland show he did last time where he wasn't as dry or sharp as he could have been but was as big as a house. It's been awesome watching him get himself ready for this show. Just kicking goals the whole way. Improvements in symmetry and proportion with awesome conditioning and doing it the hard way. I for one am impressed by the discipline, drive and determination.

He's still a faggot though... but I mean that in the nicest possible way :)

haha thankyou brother. I would not be close to where I am right now without your guidance over the past few years and for that I'm forever greatful. I wouldn't say everything I have learnt has been through you, but a large majority of it has been, and most of what hasn't we shared the same views on anyway. Ok feeling kinda gay now so moving on...
