All sets tonight touch and go, I was thinking about paused reps on the 110's but probably never would've got to set two next time I will . Never felt like failing any of these really.

Squatted 115x5x5 twice this week so with the same again after work today. Alot easier and no pain. I would like to say squatting so relatively light, I believe has made my form alot better, still long way to go.

Yes!! got 170 on backsquat tonight

stoked and just pleased I finslly got it!! its been about a year tho so slowly but surely in between lil injuries and that. Will try to up weight on my working sets now and hope niggles stay away lol

couldn't lock it out, must of held in the same spot for like 4secs lol but nothing. All good tho something to work on.

Glutes Hamstrings still bit sore so went for a ride on mtb just round the block to loosen legs up for squats tommorow.Looking forward to it.

Knee felt good, and I was happy with my form. Also my quad issue seems to have gone too. Tightness across top of back makes a difference set up etc, and to just do almost every rep the same is pretty cool lol.

130x0  Lowered the bar down at good speed, but lost tightness in setup cos all I was worried about was trying to get it back up. I got a bit ahead of myself there and was already thinking about lifting it off my chest when I hadn`t even lowered the weight all the way down yet. Reasonably happy but plenty work to do all round.

Can`t Squat till next week as my foot is still a bit swollen hyper extended it.

Basically tried to make my toes touch the bottom of my shin lol. Will be algood by next Monday.

Going to Tahiti for 4 days 19-23rd work conference so, They reckon theres a gym at Intercontinental Resort Moorea so yeah probably just treaddmills and stuff ill check it out and takes some photos.

Been lazy and mucking around heaps. Im now re-setting and going to get stuck in.

Body weight is still 105

28x5,  35x5,  42x3 got some little 1.25 plates now.

Joined up at jetts as matter of convenience. Takes 2mins by car.

 

BW situps: 5x 12

EZ bar curls 5x10

Leg Curls 6x12 paused at top.

DB curls 3x12 15kg.

Really just feeling my way around the gym. def have to work in with other people on machines. Dumbells all good though.

have been riding bike, and jogging for general conditioning.

Amrap (straps) 157 x5....Do I even straps? put one on good then all of a sudden how do i get other side on? Had to get in a praying position and use teeth to pull it and it wasn't as tight as other side etc looked like an idiot lol.  Get someone to help next time.
