Oatnog - The 3 minute breakfast


Recommended Posts

1. 5 whites, 2 yolks, whisk and microwave for 60-90 seconds.

2. Pour into blender.

3. Add 1 generous cup of oats and half cup of milk

4. Blennnnnd for 10-20 seconds.

5. Pour into glass.

6. Drink dat warm eggy oaty shit.

Kind of ends up like a warm porridgey mix.

Stops you from spilling your scrambled eggs all over the floor and avoids denaturing all the protein in the egg.

For a bonus, add half a scoop of EAS choc protein powder.
