Got good strength gains from test+npp but wanting to run test tren mast only for a bit and see what happens as i havent used tren for something like a year. Got heaps if test but i like to keep enough of it as backup in case obtaining more becomes problematic as dont want to go off...can then run trt for years. Even 100g test is 300mg per week for 6 years.

While id like to use peptides too again i cant really justify spending the money on it when my training is average due to being fucked from heat all the time/skipping days to sleep. Only peptide ill be using is mt2.

Not really sure. Atm starting with

100mg tren

100mg mast

125mg test

maybe tne also if can be fucked pinning it.

Pinning that ed split into 2 shots alrernating bis one day and delts next.

Whats ppls thoughts on this? Is mast unnecessarily high

Did pl comp. Unprepared. Shit training etc. Gym 2x pw some weeks. Hadnt done legs since week or 2 after prev comp in feb. And hardly dead lifted as back sht. Had sore as f*ck elbow. Not making excuses just more i need to sort my shit out and life in general.

So earlier this week i try out my lifts. 5 days ago deads. 280x3 easy. Then fail 300 whixh was massive confidence killer etc. Yesterday i go gym night. Need to test out bench and more importantly squats. Bench 170x2 no worries. 190 i fail. Try again and fail. Elbow sore from this. Not good plus i weak since cant bench it so feel like shit c*nt. Contemplating not doing comp by this stage. Then test squats. Warm ups felt fucking easy. 170x3 easy. Try 190 as that my planned opener and prev pb. Got 3 reps easy. No idea why i stronger at this lift..was weird. Coz not train it. So i know squat good so decide to do comp and hopefully get a squat pb even if bench and deads a fail.

4h sleep last night. Wake up to excruciatingly painful calf cramp in one leg. Get ready for comp. Feel so sore and sht from not much sleep. Take 50mg dbol 100mg anadrol 40mg superdrol plus pin 150mg TNE in delts. Havent pinned anything prev 5 days coz had minor delt infection. Was supposed to be on 250mg test 200mg tren 100mg mast e2d. Not per week. No orals til today. Take 4x30mg duramine pills i got specially for comp. Have rushed breakfast of 2/3 cup oats plus 100g wpi/wpc blend plus canned pineapple so doesnt taste sht.

Drive in speeding as late as had to do washing and put on wet cothes as all clothes were dirty. End up being late to weigh in.

I know this cool story etc bro. But thats ok hopefully is ok read and i include all details for clarity. Anyway chewing nicotine gum etc and take 300mg caffeine in carpark before weigh in. Consume 3x250ml mother drinks over duration of comp plus guy from my gym who doing his first comp gives me 1L water bottle. drink 2.5L over comp. Coz refill bottle. Reason for water is duramine mostly gives dry mouth plus caffeine and nicotine does this to lesser extent.

Thats all background etc details covered now comp. Comp is squat bench dead in that order. You get 3 attempts at each lift plus if all 3 are successful get a 4th lift which doesnt count towards total but counts towards club records for that lift.

Squat

190 good lift

200 good lift

215 good lift

4th lift

225 good lift.

Happy as with this. 35kg squat pb but only 215 lift count towards total. Still 25kg comp pb. My lift choices (weights) were poorly chosen based on retrospective info. I was stronger than i thought.

But my elbow got raped from squats and hurts bad. I go do light press down and 100kg slow cg bench as well as bench warmup. Seems to help significantly but still sore. Do more of this in between bench attempts.

Bench

170 good lift

185 fail coz touches and gets stuck on rack on one side (my right stronger side) and is draining grind for at least 5 secs stuck plus get back cramping up.

185 good lift.

No 4th lift attempt coz failed 2nd.

Happy with this as its a 5kg comp pb and i knew my bench strength hasnt really improved since last comp and with sore elbows.

Warmup for dead easy. Do 260x3 warmup feel like fk all. Can tell i almost certainly gonna do 300+ so pumped to smash it. Elbows not affect dead but feel good too from warmups.

Deadlift

290 good lift

310 good lift

320 good lift

4th

330 fail.

Not enough rest between 3rd and 4th deadlifts as very few ppl doing 4th attempt as most fail one attempt or cbf as 3rd lift was pretty much a max effort for them. I grip bar and hands sore so adjyst grip and get 330 but off ground but mentally i already fail and physically cant lift anyway coz tired. Might be able to get it but who knows. Find out next comp maybe.

Anyway that my writeup. Hopefully worth reading for someone. I include all details for transparency and context. I recommend anyone on here who has interest in lifting or even fitness in general to give PL comp a go as they good fun..good supportive ppl generally rather than all the self absorbed ego sht cunts from gym and social media that sell gear and PT/diets etc but are shit cunts at life who have nothing aside from following on fb or ifbb pro tilte after fb name (coz being a board short/bikin or any other kind bodybuilding pro such good life acheivement that everyone need to know about it so they know you better than them) supplement store that they sell gear out of and make up kidnapping stories while snitching to cops. Even if you weak you just aim to improve on prev lifts and comp good motivation plus you meet ppl there with same interests and learn a lot imo.
