Thought I would make this journal, and let you all know that I am now hiring GyzzBrah and GymRat as my personal trainers, nutritionists, and advisors on what gear to use.

 

Today was a low carb day

 

Breakfast was 3 whole eggs with 2 slices of smoked cheese and 2x white bread slices with some grape juice

Snack 1 was a flake bar

Lunch was sushi with a 473 can of redbull

Snack 2 mince and cheese pie and a can of big red

Thinking of getting a pizza for dinner

 

 

Training

I did arms today

curls

other curls

and some curls

and some presses/extensions

 

felt really good and I am looking forward to getting a totally different and new program by one of my trainers as he reckons changing your entire program and goal every week is the best.

Crazy day today

 

woke up low carb and did fasting cardio on the cross trainer, I did the forward motion, then the backward motion, then the forward motion, my body kept on guessing and it burnt more fat

 

breakfast was a low carb 2x budget white bread with some peanut butter on it and orange juice

 

texted my trainers last night if I should sleep on my side (if so which side?) or on my back or stomach, also do I wipe front to back or back to front

had a little fun earlier on doing some ARP poisoning, the stupid victim never saw it coming

No, it's just that this fukwit equating me to being mentally retatded or someshit. Iv'e been on the same program for 12 weeks and he is making the claim that idk what im talking about and that I change my program every week. And iv'e never talked about gear or anything like that eccept to ask questions and learn.

Dude f*ck you, not everyone gets dealt a good hand in life and sometimes that can mean that I may start out fucked up, but that dosen't mean I can't change that or make progress. I really mean well, and Im willing to get to where I should be in life. I've made really steady progress with Candito, and give me a few years and a few shots of gear and I'll get there mate. Honestly bro some people here (including you at times) have really made a change in my life, and f*ck you for calling me mentally weak. Lots of people my age get fucked in the head, I even have a friend who wants to kill himself etc. Sure it dosent happen to everyone, but fucking hell, I'm getting back up on my feet and do something with my life.

Sorry guys I can't tell you my training or diet it's a secret 

 

I also have to take some time off since I got exams/a massive project to hand in, and also a project at work (selling business units and having to migrate their servers to their new domains is never fun)

 

Also Sanpai Gyzz Brah made this video for me, he's very thoughtful, so for the next 40 days, goodbye every potty
