Does anyone know if Gymrat bby has a discount code for eatme supps like many other athletes do with companies they are affiliated with.

If not you should get one for some sick endorsement gains

Decided not to have pancakes for lunch went into town and had Burger King for first time since buying a stunner from burger  king in takapuna during my four days break from the diet .had a whooper,cheese burger,small chips,coke zero,Apple,chocolate sundae . Ordered a copy of the new Acdc album which is out on the 28th of next month sweet.

nice one gymrat, very sickening cheat day so far.. im only up to about 2000 calories as of 4pm, you're putting me to shame.  got 3kg of lamb chops and 30 sausages to bbq tonight though between me and my cousin let us be forgiven for our cheats this weekend and blessed with holy natty gains thine holy gyzzbrah will deliver

Care to share meal by meal

 

I give a short run down on what I had to eat today buger king ,home made pizza,six banana rolled oat muffins bowl of weight watchers jelly with banana and gummie Bears in it.hit 7000 calories most of it was clean food part from the three cheat meals that I had 348g of protein today hope i don't drop a big one tomorrow when going to the loo.

yes rebel is still helping me out . I could crack the tenk calories mark one day during offseaon

Chest and hamstrings

bb bench press 1x15 60kg, 5x8-12 70kg,75kg,80kg,85kg,90kg 

db incline press 4x10- 12 30kg's,32kg's,35kg's,35kg's 

flat bench flys 4x12 20kg's,22kg's,25kg's,30kg's

bb stiff legged deadlifts 1x15 40kg, 4x12 60kg,70kg,80kg,90Kg 

seated leg curls 4x12 45kg,48kg,52kg,59kg

weighed myself before breakfast to check my weight after having 7192 calories on Saturday and was the same at 85kg flat . Thought it would go up after Saturday epic cheat day but good thing I have got a fast metabolism which helped to keep my weight where it is. Had a good session plus the gym was quite as well being labour day. Got some random person to spot me manged to get eight good reps for 90kg on my own but needed a spot on the last two reps. Started using Ronnie coleman creatine which I bought in August when I was in auckland for the pans

One arm db row 4x12 30kg,32kg,35kg,45kg

Pullovers 4x12 30kg,32kg,35kg,35kg

Had a good session this morning and while I was training back started to plan for when I do start preping for the Wellington show towards the end of the new year.This time around I will be mixing up my cardio.One thing I learnt from while I was preping for nationals it was a bit to late in the game for mixing up my cardio to help bring more cuts in my quads.Which will be my main plan of attack when I do start preping for Wellington.This time around I have a longer offseason which will be eight and half months of heavy training and being injury free as well.When I hit Wellys for the cricket in Feb I am going to shop around and buy some supps for when I do start preping for the Welly show.Hopefuly Gymeez or Isupps will have a sale on when I am there fingers crossed.If not I am going to go for brands that I can afford to buy like pre workouts etc.


let us know how the ronnie coleman creatine goes man.. light weight 800lb deadlifts coming up? 

Will do bro unlikey that I will be doing any 800lb deadlifts I would have to be on gear for doing that.
