Ok tell us how much it is. And tell us what foods you eat to get those numbers. Can guarantee its not enough. From what rebel said and from what youve mentioned sounds like you just graze on carbs through out day with odd sprinkling of protein e.g. can of tuna or single serving of protein powder.

rather not say what I use for my protein sources

He just want's to act all secretive and mysterious and actually beleives he has a legit fanbase outside of nzbb members that genuinley want to see him progress. He beleives this type of behaviour to be atypical of a professional bodybuilder's personality (which he also beleives he is). Bibby you aren't a fking special snowflake here. We want to see you happy and making progress, but for that you need to realise that we honestly dont give 2 shits about your secretive behaviour in this journal. It's not exciting, it's not anticipating, nobody will copy your training style and use it to beat you at a comp (which I suspect is what you believe). Just post what Azide and RT tell you to.

I can post what ever I want in my journal and don't need to be told what to do in my journal. Some of the shit I have had to put up with by you guys going from saying to well done etc at nationals to this I can this a screw job or a big slap in the face.

^Well neither do we! Actually post your diet and macros If you want help from members. I'd rather read about your stats and training than your life story br0. This Is a training log, not a diary.

I will post the macros tomorrow when I have time since you are interested, but be careful to make constructive feedback or it's the last time I will make the effort!

Jesus fucking Christ!

this is like me doing my powerlifting journal not posting weights or what exercises I'm doing... So just have a blank journal or write where I drive my car and how cold it is in auckland and what takeaway I'm having... No, no, no cause if I have domino pizza and then my rival has hells pizza they will win cause they eating a superior pizza. So I woukdbt even tell my chest meals I just keep secret. Except u tell ppl u eat fish and chips which is like the SHITTEST meal anyone could ever eat. I would have fresh sprat sashimi and beat you brO.

i actually enjoy reading gymrats life story... but actual macros would do no harm. theres  a plethora of experience dpeople here who can offer some sort of feedback though i'd expect for it to be filtered by his trainer first before he actually makes changes otherwise can see all sorts of random changes going on lol.

That's some in depth freudian analysis there mate. Projecting some of your own insecurities perhaps?

The diet I constructed for Gymrat to follow Monday to Friday has the following macros:

Protein 222g

Carbohydrates 222g

Fat 102g

He has 3 meals off over the weekend, and if he hits 90 kg some of his freedoms may be restricted.

If his weight stabilises or drops then this will allow me to add in more food to the mix, it is an evolving project.

He has not posted because I warned him that if all you guys started adding in your tuppence that too many cooks would spoil the broth. So in respect of my request he has not offered information that would start a feeding frenzy amongst those Gymnation members who just poke shit for the fun of it.

However IF you have something constructive to say please do so otherwise but out.

I spit out all my training, I have no insecurities that involve lifting atleast, and I listened to Azide when he told me to.

But do you have a trainer that you have to answer to!

Gymrat does and if he wants me to continue helping him then he must do as I request otherwise it is a complete waste of my time and his.

Results come from quantified methods, especially where diet is so important, and all good bodybuilders know that diet is 70% of pre contest preparation, both on season and off!

Yeah ok thats the macros (id increase protein a bit) but whats he actually eating? Or do you actually expect him to count calories/macros accurately?

He has a very specific diet (quantified in grams) that makes up those macros and I am not going to post that, all that is important is that the protein comes from good quality protein sources, and that the carbohydrates are in the majority complex carbohydrates.

I thought he said he was averaging 3550 cals per day?

Where is the rest coming from?

The Monday to Friday component is only 2700 per day I can only assume the the average is built up over the wekend cheat meals.

Which is why I have tried to control the week days at least!

Ahhh I see. I don't own a calculator but that would mean he's gotta take in an about 5800 cal per day in the weekend to get the daily average up to 3550.  That's pretty cray but hey it's the off season.
