ah yep I guess I see where you're coming from, my apologies. It is good what you're doing for our boy GymRat and must be hard enough/require enough patience as it is without us critiquing every bit of advice.

 

good idea not to get a new kitten mate. if you wanna get a pet, dogs are best companions! then again, they require even more time/money to look after especially during potty training phases lol

Not much of a dog person as well. I thought I was ectomorph until I learnt that I am a compo of a endormph and mesomorph. Will have to do some reading about a endormph/mesomorph diet on bodybuliding.com or any other website that is out there.

Ecto, endo, meso... Doesn't meant shit. Don't get hung up on that kind of crap... Those labels are used as excuses more often than not and you can change it anyway. Your not one type for life... 

And you definitely can't be a combination of 2... If you can be then that just proves my point that it's rediculous.

reading bodybuilding.com can be great but also a real curse.. they have so much conflicting info there i would adsvise you to just not read anything from there nor any muscle mags. ultimatley they all have motives to try sell you on the latest supplement or make you beleive you have to eat x amount of meals per day / use this much of whey protein every few hours and carb load with this thing etc. you wouldn't beleive it but there are people who read too much in to this crap and just use it as excuse ; "oh im a non responder to exercise and i was born with big bones and am naturally endomorphic, my metabolism is also very slow and set to make me obese because of my genetics. i was going to diet but no point given that i was not blessed with great genetics."

I don't bother with buying the muscle mags that are out plus some of the stuff that is in the mags is trying to suck in the average consumer or gym person buying the latest supplement that is out there ie whey,creatine etc made by any new supplement brand that is out there. I know what a food pyramid looks like and I have seen one heaps of times .

Back today

assisted chin ups 4x15 75 pounds for the four working sets

close grip pulldowns 4x15 54kg for the four working sets

machine pulldowns 4x15 75 pounds for the four working sets

db pullovers 4x15 20kg for the four working sets

had a good sessions this morning took 50 minutes to train back. Notice in saddle bag that I forgot got to bring clean underwear with me. Had to rush home for a quick shower stopped off at new world to get my tuna for the week including pancake mix in a bottle for one of my cheat meals on Saturday. Pancakes on Saturday will be topped with maple syrup and bananas. For my rice my rice pudding will be topped with peanutbutter,honey and gummie Bears as well. Thinking of making some muffins of some short on Saturday but not to sure what type .something to think about between now and Saturday. Last for tea I had my first ever serving of pasta in ages it was very nice and tasty as well.

Why the f*ck are you mad br0? Im giving you good advice. Stuffing yourself with carbs at the expense of an adequate protein intake is just gonna make you fat. Your body wont 'burn out' from not eating junk food. Youre not even in an energy deficit (well you shouldnt be, and if you are still youre a retard) so I see absolutely no reason for cheat meals.

Ok tell us how much it is. And tell us what foods you eat to get those numbers. Can guarantee its not enough. From what rebel said and from what youve mentioned sounds like you just graze on carbs through out day with odd sprinkling of protein e.g. can of tuna or single serving of protein powder.
