Rather not say who will be picking me up from the airport

ok Ratty all the best for ur comp, I'll be in hamilton unfortunately but I could prob make it to westgate sat night at miss qz for a beer and a game of pool/darts.

cool bro see you on Saturday night at westgate and thanks for your wishes.Thats right I am ready to kill them all on stage.Engery levels have been average today and not long to to go with the top of the mountain in sight.Wrote my post comp meal before heading out to the airport which is hunger buster, big mac,double cheese burger,large coke,large fires,large sundie chochlate and a apple pie yum from macas

Got two coats of spray tan put on this morning including my face as well.After I learnt from the pans where I looked strang with the rest of my body being taned were my face was not.Got to see the North harbour stadium in person for the first time looked bigger in person comapre to the other times that I have seen it on tv .Took a photo of it.Bought myself a tub of of muscle whey from xtreame nutriltion Albany.Manging well this time around given that that this my second time dropping water.Got a new program from Reble will tell you guys about that later on.It is a bit diffrent what I have been doing in the past plus more deatail compare to what the trainers that I have had in the past just tell me do stuff with out bothering in to expain things clearly to me.Felt a bit tired at times this afternoon and been eating every two hours while I have been carbing up.I am looking in lean condation for tomorow.I am going to do you guys very proud.Will be getting a photo of me on stage.Texted one of co workers and told them about that they thought that was wicked and given that I am the first staff member to qulafy for nats in any fed hear in NZ.Hope to be online later when I get back from height check etc

Just got back from weigh in and came in at 82kg happy with that and there two other people in my class which is the same number as the Pans in August.Got my photo taken with Kagan Ortan felt rather small standing next to him.The Rat is ready to go to war on NZ at avondale collage hope to see  you guys there and cheer loud and hard for your genral Ratzilla and I got my offical NABBA/WFF membership card as well at weigh in

pose like there is no tommorow like if u cramp up on stage from contracting muscles too hard or faint from straining to bring every last vein out then so be it bro. We don't want 3rd place.

Hey Damien, 

Firstly I want to say good luck for tomorrow I went on record before saying that you were going to quit and that you're gonna end up looking worse at nationals than you did at the pans, You've proven me wrong on one count so far and we will see about the other tomorrow. 

As  for the above comment I think this is a little bit unfair to your previous trainers ( or at least me) remember when I spent an extra half hour with you trying to wrap your head around carb cycling?....to no avail or when I explained to you how I wanted your program done and why? do you also remember how I had you re-explain these things to me to make sure you had a grasp of them? 

I doubt you're going to read all of this  so I bolded the important bits , So GOOD LUCK BIBBY and hopefully you can actually beat someone this time!!

You mean that obsessing over how I failed gymrat and using that angst to fuel sporadic posts aimed to encourage him to be a better person/rat/zilla/tard wont work?

Had a wicked first time competing at nationals for the first time and coming third in my class plus I was competing agsint the same people who were in my class.The strange thing about the show was sining the national athem before the show.Which felt rather strange doing that..Saw Nate and Peusdo at the show.Have to get rid of more fat in my quads given all ready that I have lean upper body.Manged to get all the dream tan off me this time around expect for the odd spot of dream tan hear and there but that will come off over a period of time.Texted everyone on my contacts list including Hitro and Fellow ship of the Ron as well..Went to Macas after the show had a huger buster which was dam nice after months of hard work.Herd that there will be two other shows added by NABBA/WFF in the new year hope that Dunedin will be on the list figures crossed so my co workers can watch me compete on stage.Thinking of doing the Wellington show next year which is two weeks before nats.The main goal for me during off season will be by keeping my weight around 90kg so that way wont have to start my prep to early for the Wellington show in late September
