hey gymrat is this an afternoon show ? says on the poster starts at noon.

does that mean no prejudging and evening show ?

Just want to know when would be the best time to go to mcd's

What about westgate, all sorts of food up there ?

Yes that would be right no prejudging and evening show . Not sure bro when will be the best time to go to macas it depends on what time the show is finshed. Rather macas bro since macas new Lynn is closer to avaondale collage.

Yes it is a one show format probably end sometime around 6.00pm and hey we can do McDs then go to Westgate if the time is right

Arms today 

bb curls 3x18 16kg for the three working sets 

DB curls 3x18 10kg's for the three working sets 

overhead cable curls 3x18 25pps for the three working sets

db hammers curls 3x18 10kg's for the three working sets

triceps pushdown with triangle bar 3x18 55 pounds for the three working sets 

triceps rope push down 2x18 18 in,18out,18 overhead 25 pounds for the two working sets

close grip bench press 3x18 40 kg for the three working sets 

dips 3x18 body weight

cardio 45 minutes on the treadmill 

Had a good last session before I fly out tomorwo afternoon . Was very happy when I fished my last cardio session and thought all the hard work in the gym is done and roll on Saturday . Texted everyone on my contact lists. They were all very happy for me. Weighed myself before breakfast this morning notice that my weight went down a fair bit over night which mostly water getting out of  my system from the carbs that I had on Sunday including the sodium that I had from mcdonlds including the food that I had as well. A few of my co workers wished me luck for Saturday. This time around will be bring my comp day food up with me since I am going up there for the weekend . Got my post comp meal planed which is huger buster . Not to sure what I am going to have at west gate after mcdonlds . Like that idea what fng mention in my journal with bowling and mini golf sounds like a good way to go.

Feeling good and excited about Saturday being two days out from nationals or Ratzilla going to war against nz at avondale collage. Not to sure if I will be online when I am in Auckland . Looking forward to meeting a few of you other guys. My main rule for Saturday after the show is I don't care what the macros are what ever I am going to have to eat at mcdonlds including the food at the west gate food hall for my after party . Hope to catch up with lisa Menzies at Nats along with catching up with jo as well. Checked out the diffrent food options on the west gate food hall web site last night and they all sound very nice and tasty like dunkin donuts etc yum. The food options that they have will  be very rewarding after months of hard work. My weight will probley shoot up but that's cool with me and I will know why because of all the carbs and the water getting into the muscle.question for you Auckland guys, dose Auckland smell what the rat is cooking?
