You let all of us down br0.

I pretty much idolise you and look up to you. I live in invercargill so I told my parents about the nats, so me, my grandpa, and parents all got our passports ready so we could enter north island, and we brought front row tickets to see you compete. The whole thing cost us over 2000$, of which half of it I had to pay for from my part time job.

Just what the f*ck am I going to tell them when they hear that you won't even be there?

Wam bam what the hell just happened? Your call though Gymrat , if you dont think you're ready then dont do it. Enjoy that hunger buster man .

Cheers bro and last night I emailed the grandparents etc and they were supportive about me not doing nationals and one of uncles thought that was a wise move. Thinking of having some chocolate chip muffins from new world for my afternoon tea since there on special for only $3.49. I will be saving money as well plus I can start saving for my trip to wellys in February for when I go up there for the cricket and the Phoenix

you need to man up, man! you went through a lot and few of us genuinely supported you. it's fairly disappointing that it was all to be flushed down the toilet due to small things like you not being able to control your food cravings - we've come to expect more from our gymrat!

it's easy to say there's always next year.. and the year after etc. but ..

a) you're not getting any younger here. if you don't try and learn from your attempt this year then you won't be any better off next year

b) there's a massive difference when you put your best foot forward and follow through with your goals and fail vs failing because you quit or didn't work hard enough during preparation period.

this year you still came away with your 3rd place in pans which you should be proud; would be icing on the cake to also come out having attended and learnt from nats, gather all the experience you need in that time to set yourself up for higher gains next year but all the best in whatever you decide to do onwards man.

Today I have been eating anything that I want and so far I have had 3532 calories already . Been to mcdonlds which was bloody dam nice. Learnt one thing of this is not to do a show eight weeks from nationals and do a show a week or two from nationals. Monday I going to start training for the nabba/wff wellington show which is late September and it will give me nine months of sold training between now and then.I will add a few things that I have learnt on my bodybuilding journey so far

year one not to foucous on three shows

year two not to do a show eight weeks from Nats when the better option is doing a show a week or two from Nats is the better option, sauces are not good for cutting but good for off season
