 Got reble coaching me now which I am very happy about. Will be getting a training guide line book next from reble wonder what will be in it.

 

Wow make big changes. So things weren't working out with you training yourself? Did you fire yourself? Hope you didnt take it perosnally.

No I did not fire myself. Might do a show over in oz one day plus it would be a good experince. At this time next week Ratzilla will be in Auckland. By having rebel has my coach now and rebele has 24 years more experince then my previous trainer who had one year experince under there belt

You should go see Tom terry or this other guy called dieter horn lol they got about 24 years more experience than reble/rebele

Arms today

BB curls 3x10 30kg,35kg,45kg

Seated alternating db curls 3x10 15kg's,17kg's,22kg's

Overhead cable curls 3x10 35pps,45pps,55pps

Db hammer curls 3x10 22kg's,25kg's,32kg's

Triceps  pushdown 3x15 115,125,155 pounds

Triceps rope pushdown 2x20 out,20in,20 overhead 45,55 pounds

DB triceps donkey kick back 3x12 15kg's,17kg's,20kg's

Dips with feet on bench 3x failure

Had a good session this morning and being the last session of normal training before moving on to high rep training starting on Sunday with the last session on Wednesday and four sessions of cardio which total 165 minutes.The times will be 40 to 45 minutes. for the reamaing for cardio sessions in the gym.Started cleaning up my diet by ditching the herbs and spices also will be coming off gum during the weekend as well.Was thinking this morning when I go to weigh in next Friday will order both this time around ordering a photo of me on stage at nationals which I will be giving to work given that I am the first ever staff member at word fitness center to qulafiy for nats in any of NZ three fedrations including the DVD as well.Was looking at the met service app on my Ipad and notice the long range forcast for the Dunedin with rain for Thursday which is good for when I fly out unlike compare to when I was on the final week of prep for the Pans with the strees of snow.No I wil not fire Reble.

But having mcdonlds etc after the show is fine. Speaking of mcdonlds is close by to avondale collage and only a ten minute walk from the venue sweet.

Thanks for the heads up bro . The plan for Saturday will be have a lazy Saturdays and getting ready for the final four sessions in the gym including making my meals for Sunday as well. Training from sunday to Wednesday will be

Sunday quads and hamstrings 

monday  chest and shoulders cardio

tuseday back cardio 

Wednesday arms and cardio

When I got up this morning it is a very nice feeling to be at the the final week of prep  after months of hard work in the gym. Feels kind of strange not having any body hair on me after I got waxed yesterday after work. Looking forward to being normal again meaning by going out for tea and going to work functions etc. Will tell you guys about the changes that I experince on the final week of prep like water balance etc.

I just want to be normal and don't give a shit about Saturday plus I am sick of the diet just want pizza etc now. I am thinking of pulling out since I have been on the diet since mid April 

bro u only have a week to go, all the work is done. No one on here wants to see you fail. Suck it up mate and stop being a pussy! If you quit now u will regret it. Plus u paid for all ur flights and shit.

Come on bibby, your nearly there so don't give up now. Just remember how much you enjoy bodybuilding, and all the hard work you have put in for so many years. You got all of us supporting you, so lets see you bring back a trophy and dont let us down!

Br0 I thought you liked bodybuilding and competing in it etc and nabba loyalty trophies Cant pull out now or everyone just think you massive fagit for having talked about nothing but low carb for past 5 months. Dont pull a rebel101 on your diet br0. Did you eat anyghing you shouldnt have already?
