I haven't been to the north harbour stadium in person even though iam support the canes and the lions plus it will be cool to see it in person

 

You didnt even answer my question gymrat.

 

But here is another for your question list, how do you feel about the lions performance this year? Do you think they will dominate the championship division next year?

A start the of the itm cup I knew that the lions were going to have a rebuilding year since they have got a young side from what my mate told me. Who is the head strength coach for the lions hopefuly 2015 will be a better year for the lions when they dominate the championship division next year.

Yes I am friends with moe and I have also trained with moe as well when I first met moe in June of 2006 plus it is was very  cool training with a ifbb pro had major dooms in back for a few days plus it was fun trying to get my t shirts off because of the doms in my back. If I did get a pro card at Nats I would still post on hear.

incline DB rows 3x10 15kg's for the three working sets

rack pulls 3x12 100kg for the three working sets

superset 

bb shurgs 3x12 100kg for the three working sets

seated wide grip row 3x10 78kg,84kg,90kg

straight arm pulldowns 3xfailure 55,65,75 pounds

chin ups 3x failure 

training was bit hard times this morning being the last heavy back session before nationals but good over all. Had rest at times compare to normly what I rest for which is a minutes but today there were places at times where had to rest for 90 seconds. Got six more days of taking my supplements before eating diet food for the rest of my prep since I planing on coming in dry at nationals. Started to weigh myself each day by keeping a eye on my weight between now and next Thursday when I fly up. I was thinking today I won't have to buy any supplements when I come up next Thursday but thinking of buying npc shorts when I visit one of the xtreame nutrition stores in Auckland after seeing them on the npc clothing website thought they look nice. Felt very tired last night must have been daylight savings with the clocks going forward due to day light savings oh well not long to go until next Saturday .

Absolutley disgusting that you would say something like that to GymRat. He obviously has a few mental issues, but on that premise shame on you for taking advantage of him like that, when the least you could do is leave him alone if not actually help him out. GymRat is a valuable member and adds humour and life to these forums, and will only take the piss if you provoke him, not like he knows any better. When complimented or encouraged however, he makes frequent content on his journal (I try to as well but all you do is comment shit), and from that we can see that GymRat is infact very dedicated and honest to his sport despite his shortcommings and challenges.

Bet your the type of c*nt that would trip over a Downs Syndrome on the street if you saw one.

I might be the only one on here sticking up for Ratty, save Rebel and Pseudo, but so be it.

Had a good session this morning strength was average at times and got a random person to help spot me on the heavy sets ,got the person who was spoting me to use them as a guide. Took a hour to train chest and calfs plus 40 minutes on the bike . Legs felt a bit wobbly after I got off the bike . Felt like I had two bottles of multis stuck in between my gluteus lol. Was thinking today next Wednesday will be my last session before Nats .Found out today where weigh in is next Friday night at avondale collage not  avondale motor inn . Got reble coaching me now which I am very happy about. Will be getting a training guide line book next from reble wonder what will be in it.

Had a good session this morning which took 65 minutes to do my weights was finding it hard in places towards the end of my weights session. Had to rest for a minute and a half before starting the next set . When I was done doing 40 minutes on the cross trainer . I thought I am down to the final four sessions of cardio in the gym after doing many months hours  including minutes of cardio in the gym plus it was a very nice feeling being down to the final four sessions of cardio in the gym. Got rebele helping me to look for some spounsors who are will to take me on bord for my comps in the new year .i was not lying about doing my prep on my own. Had to ask rebel yesterday to make sure it was ok to mention in my journal about rebel coaching me. I will be in very good hands since rebel has 25 years of comps under her belt plus I will be in very good hands.

No I did not fire myself. Might do a show over in oz one day plus it would be a good experince. At this time next week Ratzilla will be in Auckland. By having rebel has my coach now and rebele has 24 years more experince then my previous trainer who had one year experince under there belt

No I did not fire myself. Might do a show over in oz one day plus it would be a good experince. At this time next week Ratzilla will be in Auckland. By having rebel has my coach now and rebele has 24 years more experince then my previous trainer who had one year experince under there belt

Yes but your 1 year experience was with you gymrat and nobody knows gymrat and his body like gymrat.  Don't be too hard on yourself mate. How were you to know how you and your body would respond
