You Needa get yourself a woman mate, she could make your meals and wash your clothes,

Rather be single bro more freedom

I have just recently read an article where the study noted men who lived through life single actually had a shorter life span than men who had partners. I used to also think like you GR but trust me, the right woman (or man if thats what you prefer) will add years to your life. Get out there and get some tail son.

It's funny becasue for women it's the opposite. Sad

same for guys. single better IMO as most girls just whiney cunts at least some of the time. waste years off your life listening to BS and having to deal with them being cunts and not being able to fk coz their period all the time.

yolo lifestyle best lifestyle.

did you get a loyalty award trophy for it?

No I didn't but over all still thought it was cool working for world for 11 years and in that time frame I have seen many changes with members coming and going.

The average time for cardio from hear on will be ranging from 40 to 45 minutes instead of one hour of cardio what I have been doing on the treadmill and 40 minutes on the cross trainer. That what in by ranging my reps from 16 to 18 reps for high and when I am training normal ten to 12 reps. I use my fitnes to keep track of my carb ratio along with my protein and fats etc. should have mention this early in the week on Monday was my 11th anniversery working for world fitness

Shot bro thanks for explaining, I was confused

This morning was my last session in the gym on a Saturday and when i arrived the gym was very quite . Thought since the gym is very quite I be best to replace close grip bench press for triceps donkey kickbacks since there isn't anyone to spot me just be on the safe side of things and given that I am 14 days out from nationals. Had good session which took a hour plus had to make trip to the loo as well while I was training. Notice lots of veins showing in diffrent areas in my quads when I got up this morning and was very happy about that. At this stage of my prep won't be taking the risk by expermanting with anything plus that could back fire on me which would not be good. Started planing my post comp meals already which are mcdonlds after nationals the Sunday after nationals breakfast mcdonlds not to sure what I am going have for my post comp morning tea and lunch something to think about between now and then. Got my post comp afternoon tea planed which is a six pack of dunkin donuts when I am flying back to Dunedin and tea will be pizza from filadelifos which is pizza restaurant in Dunedin and they make very nice pizzas and for desert cake  which will taste very nice after months of hard work.

Training for this week will be as follows with three cardio sessions and the last of the heavy work in the gym before moving on to high reps with light weights on the 5th to the 8th

monday quads 45 minutes  treadmill

tuseday back no cardio

Wednesday chest and calfs 40 minutes on bike

thursday shoulders and hamstrings 40 minutes cross trainer

Friday arms no cardio

Donkey kickbacks? Do they allow animals in your gym? Never heard of that before, although I have been kicked by a donkey, I don't recommend it

Donkey kick backs there are a another variation for triceps kick backs instead of using one dumbell you use two dumbbells at the same time by training your left and right triceps at the same time. One thing I have notice about prep for nationals it hasn't been rough going compare when I was preping for national like. Making a couple of trips to the physio when the muscles in my right hip got very tight on me and slipping on black ice. Now I don't have to worry about that stuff since the weather is getting warm . Got seven more sessions of cardio to go after many hours of cardio plus it is very nice to know that I am on the home straight. Got a week and half of having gum and from the 8th to the show no gum.

My friend Dave is doing his first comp soon and mentioned he was gonna cut back on the fap as part of his build up.

Given you are comp veteran, what are your thoughts in this gymrat? Do you apply a similar approach or will you continue to pound right up to the Nats?

Continue  to train hard right up to the last  session in the gym and for me it will be next Wednesday  . Plus it will be war in the gym as well including when I am doing high reps with light weights with not much rest in between sets.

Guess that is one of the things serious bodybuilders must do right? I will tell Dave that this is how the pros do it and save it all for post comp.

What day are you going to head down to auckland ratty? better make sure you have all your passports, and signed papers, and workeplace refferals before you head down to Auckland for the nats. Would be a real shame if you came all this way and they don't let you on the plane because no passport, and then someone else takes 5th place.
