Oh and why aren't you responding to most of the questions on here? Is it because you are too fucked up on sugar high from your high carb diet?

Gotta keep ppl informed br0 or they gonna draw their own conclusions based on the evidence they have. You look like sht so diet probably sht too and if you posted it ppl could actually help you and give you advice like lower carbs so youre not high carb etc

had a good train this morning took 65 minutes to do my weights . Was thinking of biking over to the library after words to use the internet before I started work. Thought I be best stay at work and rest  so I would have engery to do my jobs at work. Will be doing that for the rest of my . Seeing the adds for buger king ,mcdonlds etc on TV it makes me hungry and think soon will be able to enjoy those foods when I am in offseaon mode which is getting closer .

something I've always wanted to know Gymrat, do you listen to music whilst you train? if so what music do you train to?

Also interested in this.

In the way of music that I listen to when I am training ranges from acdc, pantera, ice t and for when I am doing cardio I listen to techno or anything with a good fast beat to it.

Have you got your passport sorted yet for nats br0? Heard that the national government just re-introduced the law that requires that you have one when flying between south island and north island and vice versa due to terrorism concerns.

Fat bull shit it would have been in the news by now

For the rest of my prep will be staying at work after I am done training so I will be well rested for work in the afternoon and go out if nesercary if I need to go to the supermarket to get something like what ever that may be

That is great idea

Do they mind you sleeping the night there?

Are you allowed visitors like your mum and dad etc?

The reason being I support drug testing it is better for one's health later on in life. As for drug testing in the Olympics which is a good idea like . When I hear about any athlete getting caught for taking a banned drug after there drug test comes back postive. It makes me think how dumb can one get from taking a banned drug and they know that they are going to get caught  plus when they spend all that time training look at lance Armstrong for examaple he got caught for taking banned drugs plus he had to give back all his medals etc .

Lance Armstrong raised all that money for cancer though... Wouldn't have been possible if he hasn't take drugs and been champion.

what you think bout that bibby?

You've picked the wrong sport if you want to complain about drug taking, or long term health issues...

You Needa get yourself a woman mate, she could make your meals and wash your clothes,

Rather be single bro more freedom

I have just recently read an article where the study noted men who lived through life single actually had a shorter life span than men who had partners. I used to also think like you GR but trust me, the right woman (or man if thats what you prefer) will add years to your life. Get out there and get some tail son.

Back today

chin ups 3x12

Lat pulldown 3x12 72kg,78kg,84kg

seated row 5x15 84kg for the five working sets plus five drop sets

reverse pulldowns 4x12 66kg,72kg,78kg,84kg

bent over bb row 5x15 80kg,90kg,95kg,98kg,100kg,105kg

chins up 3x failure

today was the first of starting my new plan for cardio plus it was nice not to do cardio on a Friday for change. After I was done training that would include after my post training meal. Went around with my new log book that I bought last week to write down the weights that I will be using for the final four sessions in the gym .Which will be high reps ranging from 16 to 18 reps by using light weights with minal rest in between sets about 30 seconds rest in between sets. Got seven more sessions of cardio left or 365 minutes of cardio. Started planning for the remaing four sessions and for next Saturday being a week out from nationals will be having a rest day and not going any where just staying at home.

How did you come to the calculation that 16-18 reps was best? Ranging from 16 to 18?.... Oh ok so you mean 17? Is that number u looking for brO?

7 sessions of cardio or 365 minutes? Why do you cardio for 52.14 minutes brO?

brO how can you count carbs if you can't do basic multiplication using a calculator? Or even count to 17

The average time for cardio from hear on will be ranging from 40 to 45 minutes instead of one hour of cardio what I have been doing on the treadmill and 40 minutes on the cross trainer. That what in by ranging my reps from 16 to 18 reps for high and when I am training normal ten to 12 reps. I use my fitnes to keep track of my carb ratio along with my protein and fats etc. should have mention this early in the week on Monday was my 11th anniversery working for world fitness
