Quads today

bb squats 3x10 80kg,90kg,100kg

leg press 3x20 5pps,6pps,7pps

leg extensions 4x10 77kg,84kg,91kg,101kg

hack squats 3x10 130kg,140kg,150kg

db walking lunges 2x20 12kg's, 15kgs

60 minutes cardio

I got up this morning was some what rather surprise to see snow on the hills of Dunedin this time of year. Had a good session this morning and was feeling the cold while I was doing my cardio since the gym was cold. Had a hot drink  non caffeine with my post training meal to help keep me warm before having a shower . Not long until next Friday when I get waxed for the second time this year. When I was having afternoon tea today one of my co workers they suggested to me that I go and see one of the trainers at sky fitness . Was thinking no given that I am doing very well with out the use of trainer plus rather have more money for food. Felt very fired up by watching some of the Olympia during the weekend and manged to get most of the winners right who I picked to win the diffrent classes at the Olympia . Watched some of the mr Olympia on YouTube this morning before going out the door. Was surprised to see phil heath and kai Greene fighting on stage. Thought that didn't happen in bodybuilding at any level of the sport.

you say you're doing well but says who, post some pics bro. You don't tell us anything meaningful, just beat round bush and talk crap bout snow on mountains etc... Post diet info and progress pics.

Someone needs to seize power and purge nz of these shit cunts.. get fighter planes and aircraft carrier etc and fix country, send immigrants back to shit hole countries that the came from (and wrecked already) etc. Nz aus usa all fucked from shit governments.

No I won't be posting my diet or progress pics from what I have said in previous post get it in your head and btw stay the stay out of my journal. I am doing very well by doing everything on my own or going old school nothing wrong with going old school.

You should get it so can snapchat your training pics to your coworkers and fans. Can also snapchat other things like your meals, new WWE dvds you get, hotties, thoughts, etc.

Heavy back day

one arm DB row 4x12 50 kg for the four working sets

medium grip pulldowns 3x10 72kg,78kg,84kg

super set 

incline DB rows 3x10 15kgs for the three working sets

rack pulls 3x12 100kg for the three working sets

super set

Bb shurgs 3x12 100kg for the three working sets

straight arm pulldowns 3xfailure 55,65,75 pounds

chin ups 3xfailure

treadmill 60 minutes

had a good session this morning took just under a hour to train back before doing one hour on the treadmill. Burnt 301 calories. Went up town to buy a bigger note book for putting the remaing sessions that I have left before I fly up on the 9th. Got one of my co workers to check my skin folds before I started work which came to 6.1% body fat. A member was Youtelling me about the cafe at Cadbury world where you get free chocolate when you buy a drink from there . Thought will have to do that during off season that would make a epic cheat meal.

I might have to come down and do a competition in Dunedin just so I can do this, sounds great.....
