My intermittent log of intermittent fasting

Still haven't got my head back into training properly. I'm either too tired and don't go, or I go and spend the the entire workout thinking of all the things I should be doing back here - which leads to the workout being cut short. Not ideal.

But I've finally got a plan. I've downloaded an app (FitNotes) so I can create my routine ahead of time and follow it. That eliminates the "oh, that'll do" factor. I'm also going to try and get in and out of the gym in an hour, which makes me feel less guilty about the time.

This time, I'm getting back on the wagon. I've got a good feeling about this.

"Progress" pic. Could be worse, all things considered. :)

My advice would be put together a program like you said "i have to do this this and this in todays workout without fail" set like a bare minimum that you would be happy with for the workout then add anything else depending how you feel.

Perfect cure for motivation i found doing these strength programs etc, willpower etc doesnt even come into it, task for the day is there in black and white

Yep, that's the plan. And it seems to be working so far.

It's also a good chance to test drive a workout-logging app. Down the track I'd like to partner with one such app, and integrate them into the workout journals here. It's not likely to happen anytime soon, but it's good for me to see what's out there anyway.
