have rest days so you dont overtrain and make sure you arent eating too little. people will probably say other BS like refeeds/carb cycling but thats essentially it. so long as youre consistently losing enough fat every week youre winning. waste of time weighing yourself every day. if you hungry/tired probably a good sign that you are in energy defecit

Thanks 9762291220. I don't know much about refeeding and carb cycling. Just googled it. I guess it makes sense. I'm not measuring myself or weighing myself. Just doing the clothes test. No change yet.

I have a bit slack as with exercise this week. Damn tiredness. Although key circumstances are different, I do worry, having had fatigue before, that it will come back. Once you have had it, does it come back easy? Or do you need to be put in the same circumstances. Dunno.

BUT good food choices mean I was able to put on a pair of pants that weren't fitting anymore and I'm not as bloated and my stomach is flatter. Horray.

yeah i saw as well. you should just chuck them back up again, they werent all that bad and you good bitch for posting. be good to compare any future progress pics to for us and good motivation to make improvements for you as well
