gymrat, someone obviously just interested in your reason for changing what your doing. If not prepared to state why your doing something or it's some kind of secret then no point saying what your doing in first place. And if you didn't change it for any reason other than cause you felt like it just say that lol.

How is the training going this week Gymrat?

 

How long to the nats now ?

Training so far this week is going good and yesterday burned 329 calories on the treadmill when I did a hours cardio by playing with diffrent intensty levels ranging from 5.4 to 6.5. Saturday three weeks to go and Thursday three weeks until I fly up for nationals. Was going to have a 90 second routine for nationals and thought of last year which I discoverd and learnt last was to long . Best to stick with a minute routine instead . Will be using the same music as I did for the pans which is acdc thunderstruck .
