Training and diet is going and enjoying having herbs and spices for the rest of my prep.

stay away from the nutmeg GR. it causes psychological problems and for people to have meltdowns...similar to methamphetamine. dont want to see you get hurt or sick. bodybuilding is a great sport but its not worth putting your health at risk for it

Hows the training going this week gymrat? Any highlights to share?

Training is going good and changed up my cardio by doing three one hour sessions on the treadmill and three 40 minute sessions on the cross trainer . Compare to before was doing five one hour sessions on the treadmill and one half hour session on the cross trainer

So youre doing less cardio. 5 hours instead of 5 hours 30mins. And on the cross trainer too which is easier. Seems kind of retarded when you are competing at a national level competition soon. I thought you were going to step up your training not taking a break?

Yes he did mean quiet, but he is frustrated with your negative attitude it reminds him very much off a person called Azide who gave him nothing but shit. I can imagine he does not want that all over again!

You are assuming that the cross trainer is lower intensity, this may not be correct! 

When I train on a treadmill at a brisk pace for an hour I burn 300 calories, when I train on the cross trainer at a moderate intensity I burn 800 calories. It all depends on the level of intensity applied.

Gymrat is moving forward I think that is the most important feature.

Just curious. No interest other than wanting to know if his reasoning was actually based on reason or on laziness/ignorance.
