It's essentially an extension of the bikie laws over there along with the congregation laws and tattoo parlour laws aimed at the bikies. Next they will do something with the gyms I suspect I don't know what or how, but seems logical.

Not really, it's just out if control to the point where innocent elderly people have been caught in gun crossfire at shopping malls during day light and bikies storming a police station to try get out their arrested mates. Issuing 'fink' fines to innocent people at gyms over absolute bullshit. Just extortion and stand over tactics. The steroids are getting them big, strong making them more intimidating so it's just fuelling part of the problem. They all juice up and the gang task force knows this so it's an easy catch and one that should have some success.
