Yeah but I live 2minutes away from the gym might try some potatoes an tuna after I have my shower be the best that I can do I need my sleep after working all night :?

This is what I do, and I'm about a 5min drive away from the gym. My workout's pretty late at night, so my last meal is ~10.30-11pm with sleep straight after.

After driving home, shower/fluffing around making the meal, it works out to be about 20-45mins between that PWO meal and the more substantial one.

When I worked nights (11pm - 8am... ouch!) I found that going to the gym before work was best. My workout was miles better, since I was fresh and not struggling to stay awake, and it kept me more alert through the graveyard shift too. Dunno if it would suit your schedule, but give it a try if you can. :)

I use to train at 1630hrs after I slept for 6-7 hrs and felt buggared I find traing after work at 0830 not to bad just got to push harder plus there's not many people at the gym at that time so its good traings are over quickly olus I dont feel sore the body has had sleep to recover
