why would you say that? civilian aircraft shootdowns are common especially near existing conflict zones. idiots for flying over an area where military transport aircraft shootdowns have already occurred.

youll probably find that MH370 was shot down also, by US/thai forces conducting military drills at sea where radar contact was lost and where an eyewitness reported seeing burning wreckage falling from the sky.

how is it ironic? while the plane was intentionally shot down it almost certainly was mistaken (on radar) for a ukrainian military aircraft.

it was shot down most likely with russian manufactured SAM system supplied to seperatists by russia or taken from ukrainian forces with russian backing..same difference. of course putin is gonna distance himself and russia from the incident.

Most likely just to be a huge screw up mistaking it for a military aircraft. Considering the lack of commercial airliners using that particular air space for the past couple of months, being on the ground it could easily be mistaken as transport, as it would have been one of the few aircraft actually going through there in sometime.

 

But 9/11 could easily have been an inside job. Just saying.

I think its far more plausable that its an elaborate conspiracy betwee the illuminati headed up by jay z and the oil companies to start a war to pump money into the US war machine

No I  was not involved with this or I am not Russian. Question for guys do you think that FIFA should take the 2018 soccer World Cup away from Russia because of the downing of mh17 and give it to any other country?

Not sure what y'all read for news but MH17 was mistaken for a Ukranian transport and shot down by a Russian-supplied BAK <edit: Buk-M1> system (crewed either by Russian military or russian-trained 'rebels' - it's a very sophisticated system).

 

The public may never know if the missile was fired from within Russian territory - frankly it's best we don't as there would be a lot of pressure from the citizenry for NATO to deploy and that wouldn't be constructive.

 

The rebels do not have any man-portable weapon system capable of hitting a target at 33k feet altitude.

 

If you look hard enough you can probably find a youtube video of the rebels celebrating the takedown, prior to learning that it was a civilian aircraft.  Also a deleted tweet from the rebel leader claiming they had taken down an Antonov An-26.

 

It's a tragedy and that's the whole of it.

Saw that item on the news tonight and thought what load of bull what the Russians are saying about mh17 and I don't blame diffrent leaders through out the world being pissed off with Russia given the way that the recovery is being handled

I'm certainly not saying that what we see is 100% fact, either. But the point is, there's a huge difference between the two versions. And as the article says, that causes problems when each side bases their response on a different version of "the truth". Regardless of what Putin's response would be in an ideal world, right now he's being backed into a corner by his own propaganda.

And yeah, if I had to pick the version closest to the truth, it wouldn't be the one that asserts "Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was full of corpses when it took off from Amsterdam".

I saw an Anonymous video on facebook where the mask dude said that there were 70 engineers on the plane, who were working on a US military technology worth a few billion. And according to them the patent for this is co owned by a billionaire in america called rotschild or whatever, and the other man who shared the patent died along with the engineers.

Another story Involved a guy on the plane stuffing his Iphone up his ass and then sent a blank email or whatever to someone. The message was sent from a US navy island base that was close to where malasyia is.

Idk if either story is true.
