if you were recommending me as an accountant I might be grateful but really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! massages, get real !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As AZIDEs accountant, this would make me very angry.

As it did me, he has no right to offer my services as a masseuse!

lol

my gf is an accountant. helps me launder my money through multiple bank acc's and through NZ/AUS casinos. as for the massage thing ive found just getting someone to walk on your back helps heaps. like i get my gf to do it who is 46kg (so not a chobber) and its pretty decent. have gotten my bro to do it but hes maybe 90kg and while its still good it crushes my lungs so i cant handle it for too long without having him get off so i can breathe.

Get her to jump on youtube and learn more than walking on your back man,  couple of cracks might feel good untill something goes majorly wrong

Muscles need to be relaxed before cracking takes place and should crack it securely from top to bottom. If your misses is standing on your back she's probably balancing on half bone and half muscle

A. In general, yes. People have been doing it for thousands of years, and it's unlikely you can apply enough force to your own spine to cause nerve or muscle damage. Chiropractic back manipulation creates problems so rarely, you can consider it safe, too. (But do see a pro and avoid having your cousin Joe crack your back.)

You might wonder what, exactly, is cracking in there. Your vertebrae may be changing position as they slip back into alignment; in other cases, the sudden pressure shift inside a spinal joint forms gas bubbles, as when you open a bottle of seltzer. The bubbles reabsorb into the joint fluid quickly, so it's weird but harmless. Still, long-term studies on joint damage are lacking, and you can overdo anything. If you need to crack your back often, or if you experience pain, weakness or numbness anywhere, go to your doctor right away. A warning about neck manipulation: Women have reported strokes after neck treatments, possibly triggered by an artery tear. Do your cracking only from the shoulders down.

theres easier more successful methods of cracking the back without the chance of injury occurring
