BALANCE 100% WHEY PROTEIN WPC/WPI

Hi everyone,

I've been lifting weights for about 12 years, causually. I rarely used supplement.

Now I am looking at getting some protein powder, in particular BALANCE 100% WHEY PROTEIN WPC/WPI (http://www.balancesportsnutrition.com/products/fuel-and-recovery/fuel-and-recovery-product-details/_prod_/100-WHEY-PROTEIN-WPCWPI).

Has anyone tried it? Is it good protein and tasty? What is it like in comparison to some of the best sellings products on bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/top50.htm)?

last few months been using the chocolate flavour of this, it's pretty damn good.

its never come out sticky / gross and i'm still not sick of the flavour which is good. doesn't give me diahorrea nor excessive bloating and mixes very thin which is how I like it (anything thick just makes me feel full as for ages/usually the taste will get sicekning by the end of the drink).

in my books this is a reasonably good quality protein though i think it's normally quite expensive? i got my tubs at $109 for 2.8kg per tub at the time so yeah good deal for good product. would probably buy some more again once my current tubs finished. quality nz product, would recommend.

Use to use balance whey a few years ago. Don't rate highly because it is to sweet rather eat me whey instead plus it taste more nicer

I haven't used Balance 100% whey for ages, but I remember it as being pretty good. It's certainly one of those trusted NZ brands that's been around for years and built a pretty solid reputation.

Give it a go - you can't go too far wrong. Everyone's tastes are different, of course, but you're not likely to hate it.

Thank you for the advice, everyone. I bought a package of 750g Balance 100% Whey + a Balance shaker for $45, a reasonable starting point. The cookie and cream flavour tastes great *drinks*
