DNP Article

notice its far more common over here (aus) than in nz, had never really heard of it in nz.

sounds pretty effective people talk about losing 5kg + / - fat over a couple weeks, if thats true suprised more people aren't od'ing on it

do you think its more dangerous than clen?

Used to be only experienced AAS bbers knew about it which is why you don't hear of overdoses.

The 2 week on protocol has too high a risk profile for me. Low dose 100-200mg and you can have breaks as requierd it's not catabolic to muscle unlike T3

You will die if you ingest a large amount of this in a serving and this is how the drug should be approached.

buy the raw powder or buy caps that you can weigh and make sure your scale is accurate. This is not something you want to mess around with liquid solutions from the guy on the corner.

DNP is an uncoupling agent (wiki it for details...im in traffic typing lol) that isnt limited in its ability to raise bodu temperature unlike other stimulant based fat burners. It is possible to get hyperthermia and cook ur organs.

Other issue from memory is the effective dose & lethal dose are quite close. Dont get me wrong it is usable but definitely high risk. Would be very skeptical about UG versions of this though im sure lab grade stuff would be reasonably accessible as it is commonly used in biochemistry (I remember flagons of it in my under grad days).

Probably one of the most dangerous things you could experiment with in bbing as it has a very narrow window between the effective dose and the lethal dose - which can be very dependent on the individual.

Apparently a med student here from Otago died using it a few years ago. Not sure who/deets.

has anyone from these boards ever tried it?

from memory diabolic (spelling?) rated it, reckoned its safer than clen

im intrigued by it, compared to clen it sounds mean, if you play it safe and dont cook yourself

It's uncomfortable as f*ck... Wet sheets, sweat a new ring Everytime you eat carbs, sleep on a water proof with fan going all night in middle of winter.. Pain in the fucken arse. What is the point?

A guy from out west back in day had some dnp 200mg caps quite a few of us from the nzbb forum used them and it was real deal, but I didn't rate it anymore than an honest Clen and t3 stack (you cannot beat that IMO as far as drugs go for fat loss) diet always number 1 obviously.

more recently, I know a guy who knows a guy... He had d-hack dnp crystal tablets which everyone loves a few ppl used them so I heard and they also did the bussiness.

Lotsa weight lost but it's all glycogen and shit from memory was a long time ago when I popped a few back.

funny story out west when they were getting capped up and measured. Was done in a bedroom and the shot was left out over night as it was done over a few days and the white wall paper in the room turned yellow lol u gotta wear gloves and a mask it's hardcore shit.

Effective dose 1.25-2mg/kg 10-11% increase in metabolic rate

Yeah ok, was too much to say VERY narrow. But fairly narrow and higher risk compared to others drugs bbers may be used to - also relatively un-studied or used in humans in a widespread/documented way compared to them too.

And what bber (assuming ~100kg which many wont be) sticks to 200mg? I've only ever heard that described online as "low dose".

This is also not taking into account any pharmacokinetic interactions from the myriad of other compounds a bber may be taking.

make sure your scale is accurate.

^ This. You really are trusting your scales with your life in this case. I think I'd want a second set of scales, just to make sure the first set was measuring correctly.

I've had a look at a few DNP logs over the years (not that I'd use the stuff - too risky for me, but I'm still intrigued by it), and I've never been blown away by the results people get. Most of the time, I'm pretty underwhelmed and think they could have achieved just the same outcome with a good diet.

LOL - got a few quals bro but random papers all over the place! Went straight from school and completed BSc majoring in Zoology (for sum reason LOL) but 1 paper shy of double major in physiology. Went back and did some more biochem/anatomy/micro at Otago (working with cadavers was an experience!) before doing the PostGrad Dip Teaching. After moving out of teaching secondary I did an extramural PostGrad Dip Business Admin (majoring in HR), best part was this was fully funded and I managed to throw a post grad Sports Management & Athletic Conditioning paper in to make up credits!

Haven't studied in a few years but if I did I'd go for one of two things - Biochem or Psychology, both fascinate me.

Cricky Nate, how did you find time to lift..lol

Biochem fascinates me along with neuropharmacology, I've just started pre-requisits in Anatomy, Physiology & Pharmacology for a possible BHSc in about 18 months time..

I thought you were an engineer? You don't need to take a uni course to study psychology. Plenty of good books and info online and it's time well spent.

You don't get to work as a clinical psychologist and charge $200/hr with a 6 week waiting list by reading google bro! :-D As an interest I'd say you're suggestion is good but I'd only do it to use in HR / IR / Org Dvlpt role or get into Clinical.

BHSc would be a good learn Daz, big time committment though!

Lol at $200/h. Need more than a bit of paper from uni for that

My pschologist friend charges that and is booked at least a month in advance, so busy she doesn't take on any new clients atm.

I guess its all relative - I used to charge $155/hr when I was consulting, a psycharatrist typically charges $300+/hr, a QC we used once was $750p/h and was considered cheap!!! WTF

Yeah but none of those examples are straight out of uni right?

Otago takes around 10 people per year for Clinical psych - pretty exclusive club.

I've thought of Psychiatry... But it would probably be pretty horrific at times...

Glad to hear of your plans Daz! Bout time...!!! Go hard. Med students online is a really good forum if you're looking for any help/advice on papers - even if you're not interested in med.

Imo Biochem is the way of the future in terms of deepening our understanding the body, the discoveries are amazing. I just find the lab methods kind of tedious ...

Experience of each discipline, university department and practical methods has changed my direction so much, compared to just the theoretical approaches... Looking forward to hearing about how you go!
