Today:

 

There was a hot girl doing squats so I skipped mil press and did dumbells instead bc my dick shrivelled and I felt like a little castrated girl

 

18 x 10

20 x 6, 6, 10, 10, 5

 

CG press (insecure feels)

50 x 3

(she went away)

60 x 6, 8, 10, 5

 

Did lateral raises and tricep extensions

Bench

80 x 2

80 x 2

80 x 0 stupid spotter so didnt count

 

idk why I regressed probs cuz eating nothing

 

Dumbell bench

30 for 3 x 5, 5, 8 pr's

 

Did hammer curls for first time in ages biceps got smashed then superset with tricep extensions

 

Macine fly

 

75 for 3 x 8

 

Today for pe studies:

Squats, Pushups, Crunches, Lunges, some other thing.

Did AMRAP for a minute each and repeated x 4

I scored 25. Average in class something around 50 - 60

who cares about average in class m8 u prob squat more than all those beta's

why dont you do george leeman style training

 

just start at like 50kg do max reps then each bench day just add 2.5kg for max reps and if you cant hit 20reps in one set just do more sets till you can. cause doing 4reps aint exactly where its at

 

ppl on internet say its shit.

 

 

2 x doubles pointless. If you're going to do doubles do like 8-10 sets. You rubbished 5/3/1 but you would do well on it if you stuck to it and were realistic selecting your Max numbers.

 

It was meant to be 3x3 did it just fine a week ago

Unfortunately "meaning to do" doesn't get you anywhere though, I wish it did lol.

Like what I'm saying is if it called for 3x3 and you got 2x2 then what your basing your numbers off is too high. Sets and reps and the rpe is more important than weight
