meth would be just as effective for getting otp same as heroin would be good for sleep, but i dont recommend any of the above lol

 

iv done stupid shit before too im just saying like legit serious advice not giving you shit, i would try avoid sniffing ritalin if at all possible

Sheiko week 1 (yes still week 1) day 3

 

Bench

60 x 5

65 x 4, 4

70 x 3, 3, 3

75 x 2, 2

70 x 3, 3

65 x whatever the f*ck it was

 

Machine flies

70 kg for 4 sets of 10

 

Squats was shit

60 x 5

70 x cbf doing this set

80 x 3, 3

85 x 3, 2, 2, cbf last 2 sets

 

Good news is im actually putting effort this time so down to 87 kg's and eating decently proper ie protein shakes and shit.

 

inb4 sick again.

program only useful if you follow it, otherwise not worth it

Lol gurubrah just do what he want when he want br0 and he not give a f*ck. He only turn up at gym most days just before it closes coz busy living yolo lifestyle, drawing weird shit, paraphrasing mein kamph and watching weird niche fetish porn. He not have time for 70kg squat set.

Yesterday I had a really good workout

 

Squat

60 x 5, 5

80 x 5 sets of 5

 

This is pretty much day 1 of sheiko, but being sensible im just going to do a 5 day split because it's retarded to do more than one big movement a day.

 

the 5x5 was easy as fark and had good balance etc went wide grip / stance flew up no grinders etc. Which means Ill get gains from that. Compare to last time, where after finishing lots of benching I got to squats and struggled heaps which is stupid.

 

Finished off with few sets leg extension to failure about 96 kg didnt count reps. Good pump.

 

Mates forcing me to cut bc im fat shit so eating decent idk. Having whey shakes for once.

imo should do program as prescribed but reduce 1rms, the combination of lifts on the days are designed so bench is a rest from squat etc, doing it over 5 days defeats purpose but allg you're gonna do whatever you want

Maccaz that makes no sense. If you split the compounds of sheiko into seperate days then the volume is actually bugger all and piss easy but still hard.

After doing lots of benching your upper body (traps etc) are fatigued and less energy which makes squatting sub optimal than comming in fresh where you can actually lift more. It's a win win and you actually said I can train like this.

The percentages have already been adjusted for fatigue

I never follow a program for more than 3 weeks. Always just end up doing whatever I feel like on the day cos usually I end up injured if I try to follow program cos too much volume. Seems to have worked OK. All u need is stimulus and not overtrain. No magic program that makes you strong as f*ck but I'm pretty smart so do right thing for body on the day. You or other gym noobs would probably f*ck it up
