no br0. a bcom is fucking easy. i did that bsns 104 paper to make up points for my degree and they say 30% of ppl fail it or some shit and i didnt do economics at school at all and didnt even go to any classes/tutorials after the first week coz boring and cbf/doing other sht and cbfd the 10% internal shit coz hot girl in my group not dtf. went on library computer 2h before exam and looked at tutorial problems/answers and got B+ in it. Stop being a bitch.`

87 kg's. probs have to sort meals again and force em down lol. What I noticed is when ritalin wears off my appetite comes back really good so having good afternoon feeds.

no plates for leg press.

No plates for leg press means do more squats. Doesn't mean just leave gym. Don't waste wookie time br0 else I'll hand your dad over to GCSB for water boarding, interrogation and deportation.

from memory shouldnt the it be like squat, bench, squat on w1d1 of 29? 

its important to do it that way rather than just do all the squats together and all the bench together bro

sweet i been caught out on timing as well with the sheiko workouts taking so long

 

srs advice id try plan around them to make sure you can get everything done as prescribed, its all put together by sheiko with years of trial and error and 000's of students and everything is in there for a reason. no matter how sore etc just get through it and rest afterwards, it will pay off big time, all my lifts are up since starting so it is worth putting in the effort and doign it right.
