Tell me what to eat then?

Eggs, rice, oats, whey, rinsed lean mince, canned fish, potatoe, frozen vege. Those are cheap options. Eat majority of your food from these. The food you are eating is ok to have to add during the day but not be the sole source of food for daily diet. You can be so much stronger if you eat the right foods. Ice cream isn't going to hell you break a pb deadlift or squat lol

ps,can't tease me that i used to work there lol im proud of it took me on from 15 yr old kid with nothing and turned me into hard working person paying for own bills/mortage/school fees  very quickly. work hard in life, build character better than sitting on govt benefit. even if you work at some fast food joint as a teenager you doing better than all the other entitled little fags with parents buying them $1000 gifts for passing ncea or some shit bro, you working yet or nah?

RT im gonna write a meal plan for tommorow so I can tick off the meals I eat so I know them before hand. Also gonna prepare some potatoes and rice the tonight for tommorow. Lemme know if you wanna catch up sometime and train if your in nz atm.

cbf continuing at this point. Resting tommorow and will re attempt this on friday if wookies ok with it. Also my fkwit of a dad ordered caffeine pills 2 weeks ago and canceled the order without me knowing all this while for some bs indian reason. Wanna see the f*cker crying to death in a car accident. Because of his stubborness they didn't arive on time for exams and I been waiting so long thinking theyd come.

bro jump on bodybuilding.com order yourself some caffiene caps they $4usd for 100 of the 200mg caps (last ages), very cheap and take around 2 weeks to arrive. while you at it you mentioned you needed straps too? bb.com sell some for under $10 good enough to last us beginners a while

Back in country mid dec just for xmas and ny bro but gf and I moved down the mount before I left so not in auckland anymore boss, if you ever down there and want to train holla.

eat proper foods bro. dunno why ppl think my diet was so shit id hit 300g+ protein ed sometimes 700g and ate veges most days. just smashed lots of energy drinks but thats just sugar and caffeine and would alnmost always eat chop/chop tuna as well.

 

atm im struggling to eat anywhere near the amount i was but probably because so hot here not using energy to stay warm. not getting bigger but not losing mass and im getting leaner and stronger

lol yeah was true when i posted it but that was like max 3-4 days per week max and still got my protein. rest of time ate oats/rice for carbs. chew nicotine gum always.

yeah at most for strength workouts thats all i get from most preworkouts. mainly i try save PWO for whn i'm feeling real lame (more effective when you not using it all the time to). higher rep/intensity work is when caffiene capsules really help for me energy wise. other than that, i just make sure i get little bit of carbs pre workout and a good meal an hour or so before, makes heaps more difference than expensive shakes, though everything has its place.
