Not at all bro. Everyone said it would be happy and id get munchies etc. I completley lost my shit and wanted everyone to fk off and wanted to slit some ppls throats with a knife including myself and die. After that I ate basically nothing for 2 days.

Trained full body today, just focussing on building up my work capacity and gpp atm. Some other great news, Im gonna be coached by Wookie in a few weeks time, once school finishes. Srs.

Front Squats

40 x  5x5 felt nice and straight on these.

Remembered the 20k cal thread and come to think of it I haven't really posted on diet much here. Made me realise the importance of nutrition lol. So I'll pretty much write up a meal plan at the start of the day and aim to eat all the foods I wrote. Will also be a nice challenge getting back to 86 kg's after that food poisoning incident.

60kg 5x5, focussing on good form, keeping scapula nice and tight, and driving the bar into my chest and pushing up fast and smooth.

70kg x 5

80 x 3. Remember the guy a few weeks who fxked up my squat PR? Same faggot deadlifted the bar as soon as it touched my chest. If I was azide I would have smashed him

Got given first two weeks by Wookie today. Trying to go for 4000 clean cals errday. Also picked up a nice mass gainer (not from explosiv u mad varis??) and it tastes quite nice, not sugary like other crap. Made in america so probs fake but as long as I think it's real gonna recover fast // dat placebo.
