I'm free on Sunday after noon to help you. Can't train with you until after labour weekend then I go away for work 5th November. So between there I will come do ur program for a session. Dnt really want to go gym and stand there not train so after labour weekend.

or there is a comp on 4th October at transform gym in howick I will be there u should compete bro qualifys u for nationals. Or just come watch up2u

Meet where? After labour weekend better I just said but otherwise Sunday afternoon but no gyms open then I dnt think. I dnt even know where u train or live bro except you near howick.

Figured Iv'e never really gone over the different weeks in candito heh.

Week 1 - Muscular Conditioning w/ lots volume. Basically a phase in that you see in  smolov etc.

Week 2 - MC with higher intensity

Week 3 - Max OT, very low volume, just focussing on main lifts and building strength

Week 4 - Basically a repeat of week 3, pushing lifts to 90%+ and getting ready for week 5

Week 5 - Peaking. basically maxing lifts for triples, and phucking with accessorys if u want.

Week 6 - Deload / 1rm testing

I got 3 x 80 on the bench easy as today, no grinder and was really fast. Compare to july when I first came here and could barely do 60 lol.

Next meso I'll be modifying the bench to Candito's new specifications that he recently tailored for people to progress faster on the bench. Week 1 for that is 10 x 3 @ 80% so it will be a bit tough.

Gonna do the Novice Challenge for this summer, so bit of extra motivation right there. Pseudo's a nice guy.

Had a sick party last night and was gonna say that cbf lifting today tired and that im not maxing out but after reading realtalks journal Im like fk yeah Im gonna aspire to be like that guy. Gyzz is the type of person who keeps changing his mind, programs, gives shit advice for no reason, takes preworkout for every reason but working out, and most of all, is like fk yeah im still going to lift...

Week 5 - Squats

Attempted 100 x MR and asked someone to spot me, turns out he's a shit spotter so made me hit the railings twice and I had to grind the weight up twice and racked it.

Took 5 mins rest and did another attempt (no spotter this time) and got 100 x 3. Guess that's close enough but pretty disapointed as I felt I had atleast another two left in me, so I might hit squats again in a few days and see where I go.

Had a while till I got picked, so I decided to hit bench again seeing as I was in a good mood

Hit 80 x 6... lol wut? My guess is I had a shit hangover yesterday so I only got 4 but I felt a lot clearer today so got a new rep pr ! Doing deadlifts tuesday, 150kg x lots

f*ck it's been a while lol. Had fking food poisoning from some stupid asian fish and chips place that had plastic in their batter, also this weird green slime under the fish. Anyway, had mean fevers stomach cramps, vomiting, shit etc so weak as fk atm also lost 6kgs probs just water weight tho lol.

Starting off with a deload weak so todays session is:

Squat 5x5 50 kg

Bench press 5x5 also 50

Rows 5x5 50
