Insulin without getting fat?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I hope someone here can help with insulin with experience and not reguritated internet broscience. I thinking about using insulin in my next "bulk". Im worried about insulins fat gaining property, I naturally carry a high fat %age and need to eat very clean to stay lean, so I am hestitant.

My question is how can insulin be run to minimize fat gain whilst maximising anabolic effects?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I know a few guys up here are running it pre-workout and to be fair they have both stayed sub-10%. I think many people get fat on it because they use it like GHRP-6 as a licence to eat as much as they can. The guys here, one being a very clued up guy with nutrition essentially count carbs against IU's to ensure they don't go hypoglycemic but at the same time don't just shovel excess carbs in.

Pretty sure its one of those things that works amazingly for some guys (the ones I referred to are naturally ectomorphs so maybe something in that) and for others they tend to get fat. Dorian Yates stated that for him it pretty much just made him fatter? I do know others that have run twice a day but used clen or T3 with it to remain lean, but starting to get a bit cocktail like from my POV as you'd be unsure whats actually doing what?

Anyway do your research and remember its not to be taken lightly - I personally know of two guys over the years who have had very close calls with going too low. Stay safe :-)

Thanks Nate, appreciate it.

Im trying to getting lean first before I start my protocol then if BF% gets out hand I lay off the insulin. I think I may also add t3 if I start to struggle. In an ideal world I would run it with growth horomone but im trying save my pennies.

I am also going keep post insulin meals as carb light as safely possible. Don't worry guys I'll keep plently of simple sugars on hand.

Do think there is a benefit to using low GI carbs (brown rice, oats) and not simple carbs like dextrose or maxy maize?

Slightly related thought: What happened to ol' Android? Went too hypo???*pardon*

AAS + GH = AMAZING
AAS + GH + Insulin = FUCKING. HUGE.
AAS + Insulin = You look like shit....

HGH makes alot of things work better (synergy), but this is especially the case with insulin, and what happens is simple:
massive hGH + massive insulin = massive levels of IGF = massive growth

This relationship, which does not occur naturally as GH is the antagonist of insulin (GH acts as an antagonist to insulin in many ways. Exo Insulin lowers BG, exo HGH increases it. Insulin stores fatty acids into cells, hGH releases it) is what causes the liver to dump massive massive amounts of IGF.

Insulin has 2 primary ways of growth;
1) IGF
2) Nutrient utilization/partitioning.
If your going for the IGF route whilst keeping nutrient utilisation at bay (since this is another way slin adds visceral fat), Id opt for protocol #1 (assuming you dont want to be an insulinogenic balloon and destroy your lines; not #2, since that is for size. Remember in general carbs are they key to growth; so combining that with insulin (which relies on carbs), you got the potential for growth (not necessarily beautiful if abused however).

Protocol 1:
Mon/Wed/Fri (higher carb days). Each day consists of 3 shots of insulin. Each shot of insulin 12-15IU (total: 36-45iu a day) Have a hydrolysed protein 30 min before hand. Inject, have a 300ml orange juice with like 15gram glutamine (it is the one thing that you can simply take with juice and never go hypo on insulin. It is a glycogenic amino acid (that is it stabilizes blood sugar levels even in the presence of high insulin levels). You can add like 5gram creatine if needs be. Drink your orange juice over 1-2 hour period. After that have like a complex carb meal (cup of white rice with chicken breast). This is the 'safest' way not to destroy lines (of course assuming your using hgh with it)....

Brown rice can cause bloat, the reason is the coating takes too long to digest and breakdown swells up the stomach, this why most pros don't eat brown rice, it's a long digestion process, plus with insulin it's really white rice only...

Important question what be best insulin to use for this protocol? Rapid (humalog) short acting(Actripid) or steady ol' Humalin?
