Only supplements i ever bother with are whey protien..

I have had some one at the gym singing me the praises of Ripfast Fat Burner pills..

Are there truly legal and safe supplments like this that really work in aidiing in fat loss??

If so, what are they and what works best?

And is this RipFast Fat Burner worth considering..

Some one said it raises heart rate.  Is this safe for older guys...  I'm 52.. 

Any thoughts please..

Stick with a strong coffee and save yourself some money....
