Monday and Tuesday done with.  How are you feeling?  I'm pretty eager to hear how things go, I know you're going to nail it.  Wish I could be there to watch.

Thanks Flamer, yes each day is one less. I am on about 1000 calories ths week so pain has set in, feeling like crap, cardio is hard going and srength is down. But the end is in sight.

Funny thing though as my body weight is down I can actually do full sets of chins (12 reps) now, always struggle with this excercise and only time I can achieve it well is when I am dieted down.

We shall see what the weekend brings, it was always a competition to qualify me for Nationals, with another 7 weeks until then there has to be some room for improvement, the judges do look for this.

I will keep in contact and let you know how I get on. Will probably be able to post something to Facebook.

Its Wednesday yay, today I am starting to manage the sodium levels down a bit and diet changes. So instead of the egg whites I am now down to chicken and salmon.

Diet for next three days is:

  • 8.00 am Chicken 140 g and veges
  • 10.00 am Salmon 180 g and salad
  • 12.00 pm Chicken 140 g and veges
  • 2.30 pm Salmon 180 g and salad
  • 6.30 pm Chicken 140 g and veges

It may sound boring but it is at least consistent and will achieve lower sodium levels. Now down under 61 kg (60.9) so will be interesting to see the effect of the change in diet.

Thanks Teanfatboy it means a lot to have your support, it's been a bit difficult around here lately but all the support makes it worthwhile.

It will be good to be on stage again and hopefully good results!

Thanks so much guys, yes a lot of hard off season training has gone in, but all credit to Aylmer Porter who has guided me every step along the way, and been patient at the same time.

Did not manage to take the overall but did light a fire in me to extend my workload and try that little bit harder for next time!

Now for another three weeks hard graft to the Hamilton NZIFBB Show, I now know exactly what I need to improve on and what's more important how to do it.

It is great to know that you guys are watching me keeps me a little more committed, so thank you for your feedback and let's see where this Rebel101 can get to!

wow mate impressive transformation. what hormone/drug protocol did you use for the prep if you dont mind sharing?

Thank you for the positive feedback anyone who looks good enough for people to think this is doing really well.

Oh I use a lot of bits and pieces I have thyroxine as I have an under active thyroid gland, DIM also helps a lot, oh and mega doses of minerals and vitamins.

I really ascribe to the use of simple stuff like pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg lots and lots of nutmeg!

yeah no need to be sarcastic bro. was just asking you to share if you didnt mind because obviously youre taking shit other than just T4.

its 2014 not 1999 so not sure why the massive secrecy about drug protocol. makes your log useless info without it. you might as well have just posted before and after pics...
