hey guys ive just started importing creatine ethyl ester and d aspartic acid from a supplier in europe and capping it up myself.

I thought the average dose of creatine pre-workout was 5g, therefore thats 10 caps... 

Or 12 days supply.. for $40, am I missing something..?

idk why anyone would bother capping creatine or d-aspartic acid. what a waste of time. i dont even bother capping my dbol. not hard to weigh something or simply estimate a quantity without weighing every time if you have some sort of measure
