Rate my 4 month transformation.

Recommended Posts

Could you tell me if this is out of the ordinary and what you think of my transformation over the four month hard gym time and about 2 month new diet plan. I'm getting into body building because I truely beleive my body (genes) do something crazy with foods and hard training. I've always had muscles and always ate like absolute crap. And now I've been eating a bodybuilding diet and sticking to the hard work in the gym, this has happened.

Your thoughts an opionions?

looks decent for 4 months. youre very lean in 2nd pic and look like youve gained some muscle but you still dont have a lot of muscle. its expected that you can lose fat and gain muscle when you first start lifting. if you could keep making those gains forever you would get big fast, but you cant. what do you weigh in each pic?

also did you use gear/clen/t3 or anything to help get that lean?

Good transformation, ability to lean out that much is awesome effort in four months providing it's natural. But saying that it is still a good transformation. Is that about a 5-6kg gain in muscle mass? Potential is there. Keep up the hard work.

95% of the people who explicitly say that hard training/work ethic, diet and genetics are why they have the physique they have are on gear.

Yeah, this transformation screams bullshit, gear, or a serious history in training. I'm fortunate enough to have pretty damn good genetics for bodybuilding, but there's no way I could achieve those results in four months. Of course, the other possibility is that the photograph greatly exaggerates the real progress.

To be honest, Abel's bodyfat may not have changed that much - he was already pretty damn lean in the before photo, with clearly defined abs even though he's not flexing.

As for gaining muscle mass, it's hard to quantify gains in the upper body because the poses are so different. His quads have certainly blown up though.

I wouldn't be too quick to call bullshit or steroid use. That may be the case of course - but based just on these two photos, I don't see anything to make me think achieving these results would be impossible (given the right training/diet/genetics).

Why is the roid card even being played? He looks bigger because the lighting is so much better and he's actually posing in a way that complements his physique. Doesn't really look like an amazing transformation, certainly not one to be suspected of roids. Still, it's decent progress for 4 months.

Can you post a pic now in the same lighting at the same spot in the same pose as your first photo? Then we'll know how much of a real transformation it is.

What scale are we rating this on? Are we going the convention 1-10 or maybe good - bad or did you want to go from do you even lift - aesthetic prince of glory? This scale in which we rate this 4 month transformation is very important and without such information its impossible for us to accurately give you the answer in which you seek.

i never was saying it isnt acheivable naturally, hench why i asked what weight in each pic..looks quite small in both. my 2nd comment was just an observation. Plenty of people think josef rackich is natty because hes small (hes not natty). anyway my thoughs are its good for 4 months but still small

Be interesting to see his training log, and maybe start posting on here. Good transformation, keen to see another 4 month cycle with progress pics. Whatever he's done to achieve this, it's still a great effort. Those two pics reminds me of those EAS transformation competitions that was over a three month period.

I think he was talking to me, I pretty much straight up called gear. Of course there is the possibility of manlet+lighting+pump+photography leading to him looking way better in the second pic. He's still smallish, but if that's the result of only four months training and it isn't exaggerated by the photo, then my opnion still stands.

Probably worth starting a training and diet log here.

Absolutely. When you're making progress like this, people are always interested to see what you're doing. We might even be able to suggest a few things too.

Also, I recommend taking a set of photos in all the standard bodybuilding poses. As you can see already, it's really hard to compare photos with drastically different lighting and poses. So take a good set of photos now, and you'll have something decent to compare to later on when you're massive.

I think OP is Australian (going by the tatoo on his side in original pic). I think he just posted here and a number of other forums to get the wow from more people. I would be surpised if he becomes a regular poster here. He is welcome to prove me wrong ofc.

why would a southern cross tattoo mean he had to be australian? someone on here (dunno where he is but says nz location on profile) says he knows him. seems like hes probs in nz. but yeah rest of your post is probably accurate
