Hi guys I am 4 weeks into a test e cycle I am starting to get good strength gains etc but I have noticed my labido dropping off quite a bit. I am only doing 450mg a week split into 2 injections. I have Clomid, Nilva, and Arimason at hand. I will get bloods for test and E done on Tuesday. What should the ranges be and if the E is high what would you recommend taking dose etc. 

I dont have any signs of gyno.

Tbh lotsa ppl need to run cialis or Viagra on cycle... I know it's hard to believe because everyone seems to automatically associate increased test levels with increased sex drive which is not really the case at all. But if your hormones are imbalanced your body will do strange things. We all start our steroid cycles with different blood panels. So it might just be unfortunate for you that, that is your side effect. Personally id rather have to take Viagra each time I wanted to have sex than have outrageous acne or uncontrollable gyno that needs letrozole to keep under control.

Thanks mate putting it like that you are right no acne or gyno so all good really will just use cialis when needed lol. I will get bloods done on Tuesday and see what's what then.  If E is high but the only side is labido at the moment then would you say just carry on as is or use something to lower it.

Maybe but estrogen is good, it's not the enemy. it's always been my belief that you don't really wanna use AI and SERMs unless you have to. You want a good ratio of both.

however, that's not to say that because you don't have side effects that your estrogen isn't high. But it's unlikely it would be very high on that dosage of test assuming you aren't a really high bodyfat, you eat well and your strength and muscle mass is increasing.

i would suggest you get your blood tests done, take the cialis when you have to and carry on as you are.

He is taking the piss it's my first cycle so starting low I want to be able to do another test only cycle later in the year taking things slow and steady here.

do you lads use it for libido? My experience has been that it is only good for when the mind is willing but the little fulla won't come to the party. if my libido is low i like to use TNE prior sweet love makin if i can even be bothered. some times i run viagra and TNE together but then women fall in love with me cause i give the D too good so I just avoid that.

i was under the impression that if your estrogen was too low or too high you were fucked even if you took a PDE5 inhibitor. ive found sex drive is good at start of cycle but towards the end it starts turning to shit so normally ill drop to test only 500mg/week or less for a few weeks and that seems to fix it. mine might be prolactin induced though (tren), as the one time i had bloods done my prolactin was high (outside reference range)

I'd agree with everything Tom has stated above... Only thing I'd add: Although your dose isn't on the high side, its enough for your bodyweight as a first attempt at AAS... Your at about week 4 therefore you should have reached maximal blood concentrations of exogenous testosterone (or thereabouts).. This will be the first time your body has ever experienced such a relatively high level of testosterone, I might conclude your Test:Estrogen ratio may be out of whack just at the moment (this may be the reason for loss of libido).. Personally I wouldn't worry about it, it may just be a tempory thing until things stabilize.. I've previously mentioned in PM, estrogen isn't your enemy (no estrogen: no strength or size gains), as Test rises expect a proportionate level of estrogen to rise also.. As long as the ratio doesn't significantly alter you shouldn't expect much in the way of estrogen induced side effects... 

One thing of note: the aromatase enzyme that is responsible for converting testosterone to E2 is mostly located in adipose (fat) tissue, lower BF% and you should lower the amount of aromatase, and thus E2 conversion.. Get your BF% down from 15%....

Post up your blood results when you receive them...

Why bother posting that. Did your Uncle tickle you in a strange way when you were a child that made you smile? You knew it was wrong but you liked it this is manifesting itself as anger and guilt in adulthood,  Are you talking from experience? 

You may consider posting your blood work for some of the guys to check I think you may be about to start your first period. 

As I said before this is a forum where people come for advice your sort of posts make it an unfriendly place to post. You go around flaming people because they ask advice in a forum designed to help others who are new to AAS. Were you never new to all of this I suppose you just knew it all from birth lucky you. You have issues mate and in future I shall ignore everthing you post as clearly you have nothing valuable to add.

Ok bloods are in before I started

Testosterone 6.5 nmol/L or 187 ng/dl  Ref Range (8 to 38)
 
 
17b oestradiol 57 pmol/L Ref range (<160)
 
now they are 
 
Testosterone 52.1 nmol/L or 1501.44ng/dl
oestradiol is 366
 
referanve ranges are the same. 
 
 So I am 4 weeks in no physical signs of high E but perhaps it's to high I am not sure suggestions welcome.  I am thinking 12.5mg Arimason EOD to get it lower maybe.
