Missed my workout yesterday so guna try workout twice today. Pleased i got all the work done in this session. Should have probably got the 130 on video for a depth check, but i think depth was alright. Strangely enough the last set of block pulls at 170 was probably the easiest

Elbow seems to be feeling better on OHP. Decided to add some weight to the last set of bench as it felt fairly easy. Probably around rpe8-8.5. Also i hate doing bicep curls

Didnt want to do db curls today so did something different, probably enjoyed it more. Last two exercises got me a wicked pump, thick solid tight or in my case thin and small haha. These sets of 8 on bench really get me, good to have them in the program though.

how tall and heavy are you?

doesnt seam like you lifting that heavy or maybe thats just me expecting all power lifters to look like soundsgood

haha nah its just cause im weak

but im 6ft/184cm and 79/80kg, so im pretty skinny for my height, for comparison soundsgood is like 170cm @115kg+ iirc so im along along along way behind lol

at least you're consistent, having solid work ethic probably more valuable long term then being a bit naturally stronger

Dont worry bro, i didnt take it that way lol. Im still stronger than 95% of people at my gym, i think being a powerlifter ill always think im weak anyways. Im back on that bulk but those natty gains are pretty slow, hoping to get to around 85-90kg this year with minimal fat gain.

Thanks bro, yeah im not to worried, strength will come with time. Shit i only been lifting properly for just over a year so it could be worse. Most guys who i consider strong have been lifting for 7-10years+, most just started young so they seem naturally strong, and maybe they are, but also they have been at it for a while.

totally agree, we all see people wasting there natural talent

I had a mate like this, 6'1 85kgish 12%ish and didnt even lift, well lifted about once or twice week on and off, didnt train legs, decides to do some squats works up past 120kg. Best genetics ive ever seen.

Was the hardest set of squats ive done in a while. Almost failed the last rep. Block pulls went pretty well, had pretty long rest times though as i was talking to some guy i met, so probably around 5mins between sets. I think out of all the sets the 170 was the easiest, which doesnt make sense.

Trained squats with a guy from course today, he turned up when i was there and there was no squat racks left so he jumped in with me. Hes twice as strong though, literally, has a 280kg squat to my 140kg lol and has a 700+ meet total. Was pretty cool and inspirational to see some massive weight on the bar in person.

Also think i hit 2 rep pr's today but cant remember if they are but pretty sure they are.
