Had a refeed on sunday, so bodyweight will probably drop back to 80 flat or under tomorrow. Have seen the 79's a couple times. Squat strength is fukn garbage atm, strength in general is pretty shit.

Squats went well considering, still hard as phuck, took a breathe or two between each rep. OHP was weak. Tested out my new titan thp wraps, they are insane compared to the old ones i had from eat me. Painful to wear but almost like a cast.

Squats were the hardest i ever done and not failed. the 120 wasnt to bad though, the easiest set of 120x5 ive done. 

 

The block pulls were as hard as pulling off the floor if not harder. I think its right were my sticking point is. Going to run these for a while instead of speed deadlifts for a change and see if i can yield some gains from them.

Trying to advance my incline bench db just by a rep. Should have just left it at 2 sets. Next time will be 34 3x5. Bench went well, the rep of 95 had a quick pause, i think. Its equal with my all time PR. Probably could have done 100 but still some doubt.

Used a wider grip on OHP than usual, probably and inch wider on each side, felt weird but i liked it, no homo. CG Bench was just hard today, need moar food.

Easy train, just focusing on moving the weight efficiently and fast, aswell as putting some blood in the muscles at the end to help recover the shoulders, for heavy pressing on Sat.

Decided to switch my intensity day for squats from 1x5 to 2x3 from here on out until i stall, then will go back to 5's. The volume day will soon go from 5x5 to 8x3 aswell. Got this idea from Garrett blevins most recent video about the texas method. Maybe could have got 1x5 today but i honestly dont know, so just went with the 2x3. 

 

Block pulls today felt pretty fast, compared to last time, could be my imagination tho lol.

Only just got through the CG bench, paused the last rep on the first 2 sets of 85, but then canned it after that, too hard. Happy i got through it, dont think ive ever done over 85 for more than 1 rep.

 

 

Going away this sunday for a few days, so just going to 'deload' and do like a 5x5 on bench and squats on wed/thrus/fri ish. Will probably just do it at about 70 percent and get some blood flow and some speed in the reps and then start off where i left off on the next monday.

Diet has been allsorts of phucked up, just been eating randomly, will start tracking again tomorrow, which will also be a bench workout. Back to normal programming this coming monday.

So weak today, everything was so hard. If i dont hit the numbers at the end of this week, ill do a small reset and work back up. I always seem to get weaker after a holiday for some reason.
