Les Mills New Lynn

I find Les Mills New Lynn really good- none of that synthetic fake sort of feeling when you walk in. Excllent staff, wonderful people, friendly and all. The best gym in NZ by far- I'll say- I've been to 5 or 6 so far :nod:

I go there to. There is a small group of bodybuilders that workout there like about 10+ male & female. The atmosphere I would give it top marks and the gym equipment is excellent.

I go there, although haven't trained in 3 weeks with uni >< but its a pretty decent gym, i generally train during the off-peak hours too so they're equipment and space galore

Les Mills Gym , New Lynn Rocks, awesome equipment and atmosphere. Currently in training for a BB Comp in Sept and have a knowledgable, motivated and friendly trainer that is a huge help.....I would'ent go anywhere else.....
