Hey All the ladies out there, (oh and any man that want to put there 2c worth in)

What are some exercises for the lower abs. Wana ask the ladies as i know females have more trouble bringing these out than males do.

Personally im 6 weeks out from comp, have a pretty average stomach (when im not bloated from all the damn protein) but when doing my poses notice that i only see the top abs, not the lower.
