mean, not sure if you know already (well you probably do but just in case) keep in mind they have weight restrictions based on your height for Athletic so check it out and factor that in when you drafting out your plan of attack for the coming months

 

also does that class have mandatory poses? what are these poses? throw up some full body pics of those poses maybe try commit to putting some pics up of your poses each couple weeks so you can get plenty of practice doing those and get back valuable tips on perfecting those

Yeah it has all the mandatory poses. Quarter turns etc. 

They only difference in terms of posing is the most muscular is due with hands on hips (no crab etc). 

Come in peeled, it seems NABBA-NAC judges more heavily on conditioning than symmetry, proportions etc.
