So your only doing 4 weeks of prep?

its in 6 weeks this sat. (30th june)

ill be ready, got it all worked out. im gonna start a journal tommrow and get some pics up this week and then put another set up in six weeks, ill say wat i eat how i train and wat supplements i use ok

You must be in good condition already to go at such short notice ! Best of luck, what are your stats at the moment with respect to BF etc

thers no point getting fat when yr not competing, would have liked more time but 6 weeks is fine

thers no secret, just have to rush abit now lol, extra cardio etc. im doing one 45min session in morning and if im not losing weight fast enough after a couple of weeks ill do 2 a day.

but il start my journal tonite so u can c wat i do and in 6 weeks we will c if it has worked 8)
