DIET - What quantities of Macro Nutrients?

What are the ratios for Protein, Carbohydrates & Fat for various goals such as fat loss, mucle gain etc

Is there a calculation to work out how many grams of carbs, fat & protein I should be having per day?

Are there any websites that I can access that will help me with the above?

Someone recently posted an excellent spreadsheet to calculate that, taylored specifically for the girls. Trouble is, I can't remember who... Maybe someone else can?

Ok - it's in Ladies section - 'How much is too much?' on the frst page - I just bumped it up if you are interested.
