 Bit of a poof effort  . Going to keep doing this weekly until i hit 20. Currently 81.2 kg

As I said I concede this one to you, not such a poor effort cf my effort, I'll watch as you keep moving up. Cant even attempt to catch up, not on my program at moment, but it will be good to follow you.

My bench day is my also my ego training day so i never go more than 5 reps so I can keep my weight high and assert myself as gym alpha. But once I did a pyramid routine for chest think it was like 140x8or9 then did a set on 100kg after a short break got 23 but the first 18 or so were just shelling no pauses or full look out, then did lockout singles til full failure.I'd say with a tad of high rep training I could do 23ish compliant reps. May have a crack next chest day
