i never thought i would be putting photos of myself up on the internet like what im doing but people have gotten my confidence up, but its not a cocky confidence or anything just a put myself out there a bit more confidence haha

im making this journel for people to give me advice and to help me reach my goals it would be highly appreciated if yous were to put your 2 cents on

im 16 years of age, ok im turning 17 in a few weeks so pretty much 17 .im a huge rugby finatic love playing it and love hitting my weights and pushing that last rep my body cant do. i workout at home no fancy gear just a bench and some weights as i live in the country and its a good half in hour drive to the nearest gym which is realy small and packed

i have my right knee outta place from a previous break a while ago well ages ago at the age of ten. i had a cast from hip to toe i had different casts on at this length for about 4 to 5 month during that time it put my knee iutta place also happened from the break to i noww need it to get re broken and out back into place :( it gives me a lot of pain when i walk/run for to long, during that time i put on a lot of weight i use to be the kid that came 1st or 2nd in cross country and it wasnt till i came 3rd to last that i relised i was actually one of the fat kids, i done a lot of running at my 2nd year of intermediate so when i was 12-13 and lost a lot of weight but not enough i started playing league in aus when i moved there for a few months and lost even more weight from the hot weather and intense trainings, ill dig up some old pics later. it wasnt until around august 2013 i downloaded in app on my ipod which had many different workouts on it and the one that stood out for me was 20 minute weight loss program containg:

5 squats

5 millitary presses

5 bicep curls

5 wide grip press ups

5 close grip press ups

5 lateral raises

5 frontal raises

and do this over again for 20 minutes

after doing this i also relised how good my upper body strenght became i can do impossible press ups, 1 arm impossible press ups, aztec press ups, planche press ups muscle ups and more

i did this until the end of december and had a break from it for about two months cause i was so sick of doing that routine for about 5-7 times a week i hardley ever rested cause i was so excited at seeing the result i relise now i shoulda only been doing it3-4 timesa week. i loved lifting weights so much i started to do proper muscle groups got into it from my older brother as he had a knowledge of it all,

sorry about the long lil story there but ild love it of you read it and put your 2 cents in

also if theres any other young bucks thats under 18 upload some pics so i can get even more inspired from the talent out there

well not just young bucks anyone really agreat physique allways gets me motivated!!!

gonna upload some pics of the last few days and ill do some leg photos tomorow after a leg pump hahahah! dont foer get my right knee is outta place so alot more weeker. :/ but i feel guilty for using it as an excuse so i rarley do and still squat till im about to throw up.

so this is my journel to reachiing my goals will be uploading pictures every month or so hahahaha

Damn, you've got a great physique for 16/17. As we've said, you need to get on the bodybuilding stage! I'm looking forward to following your journey to get there.

after doing this i also relised how good my upper body strenght became i can do impossible press ups, 1 arm impossible press ups, aztec press ups, planche press ups muscle ups and more

So jealous! I've always wanted to do planches - it's always seemed like a very cool party trick.

That's a real bugger about your knee. When does it get rebroken?

Thanks man haha, yea I cant hold planches but I can do a good 3 planche push ups in a row,

Ill maybe get it rebroken at the end of next year because its my last year of highschool and am wanting to go hardout in the rugby for school as it will probably be my last year of ever playing rugby, physios reckon the younger you are the better it is to get put into place but so not keen on it haha
