Back to 80.5kg today, had a steak scotch fillet for lunch and pre workout, went to the gym after work for 1 hour, Saturdays suck as they close at 6:30.

Done an arm workout 

trying out this 40 rep bicep then switch to triceps on the cable machine, it's a killer, crazy pump afterwards.

done the standard 21's, hammers and so on. Happy with today's pump.

got home ate chicken broccoli and asparagus followed by egg whites and cottage cheese after a couple of hours. 

Ready for my casein soon.

Back day today

about a 3 hour session

crazy sore afterwards it's been a while since  I really felt tired after a workout.

no personal bests in weight today.

groin a constant problem, so can't start my squats and that

30-45 minutes of abs and oblique trainings.

trained with a female boxer today, crazy traps and legs, a little embarrassed that they were bigger than mine, had to adjust the leg cushion on the lat pull down for her. bloody hell need to increase leg size fast.

first time started to have carbs during a workout, had scoop or protein and half cup oats at half time today, all ion all went pretty well I think. Trying to clean bulk as they say.

thinking to start taking creatine and glutamine after summer.

weight held back today at 80kg flat, hoping to get to 82 by end of this week.

have work function on Friday so have to miss the gym then, pretty bummed but at least will give my groin a break. 

 

All in all good day, hope everyone trained hard.

Rest day today

feeling sore joints in my knees, first time pain never had this before, decided to have a rest because health and well being is still priority.

been taking fish oils to counteract this.

still eating clean but found I have less of an appetite when I don't train.

first rest day in 3-4 weeks I think it's deserved.

measured my waist @ 32 inches

and biceps still @15.1 inches which means nothing's changed there
